Abstract

Sheep are one of the livestock that can provide benefits such as meat, milk, and skin which are used as a source of income for the community, especially in the Asahan regency area.  However, still, the farmer's knowledge in terms of care and knowledge of sheep diseases can result in the sheep being able to die.  The purpose of this study was to create an expert system to diagnose sheep disease using the theory of Bayes. The waterfall is used as a model in this study with stages, analysis, design, implementation, and testing.  analysis was carried out to find the required data using observations and interviews.  The design of this system consists of Unified Modeling Language (use case ), diagram classes, flowcharts, and interfaces. Testing the system uses a black box which aims to find out the functionality of the system that has been implemented, and data analysis using the theory of Bayes.  Our findings resulted in bayes having an expert system for the diagnosis of diseases in sheep.  The results of Bayes analysis with the theory of Bayes showed that the disease experienced in sheep is deworming with a probability level of 60.71%.  The results of the black box test show that the functionality of this system is already running well

Abstract

Omicron is a type of virus that is again spreading in Asahan Regency, especially at the Sidodadi Health Center due to. Many people do not pay attention to the disorder and the causes and symptoms that occur in the virus. To overcome this, it is necessary to have the technology to detect the initial symptoms of this virus. The purpose of this study was to create an expert system to detect the initial symptoms of omicron using the forward chaining method. This stage of research consists of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The data collection techniques used are observations and interviews. Meanwhile, this system uses six cases as a reference to detect omicron symptoms, namely confirmed, probable, severe category, moderate category, mild category, and asymptomatic. Before this system is used, system testing of all functions on components using a black box is carried out. Our findings resulted in an expert system of early symptom detection of omicron that can display the results of patient diagnoses such as symptoms, cases, and solutions. The test results show that all components such as buttons, text inputs, and outputs are working properly according to the procedure. So that this system can be used by the health Center to help detect the initial symptoms of omicron that occur in patients, and can provide the best solution for patients treated at this health center.

Abstract

PT. Citra Gas Nusantara always has difficulty in determining priority bases and has not done so objectively or still does so manually. So that in this condition it has an impact on uneven distribution that does not match the needs of the community. The purpose of this study is to create a decision support system for selecting priority LPG Gas bases based on VIKOR. The research method used is the waterfall method, which consists of the analysis, planning, implementation, and testing processes. Only 10 alternatives out of 31 alternative choices are used in the calculation, because only 10 alternatives are included in the priority base criteria based on four criteria: cylinder ownership, customers, discipline, and accuracy of Brimola transactions. The results of our findings are in the form of a decision support system for selecting priority bases for the distribution of 3 Kg LPG Gas which is realized in the form of a website. The results of the VIKOR technique calculation for the Aminuddin base obtained the lowest score of 0, so in this case, the Aminuddin Base is the base that must be prioritized for distribution. In VIKOR, the lowest value is the best compromise solution or the best alternative that is ranked first. The results of the black box test starting from login, the menu on the main page and logout also show that the system can run as expected and will also have an impact on increasing efficiency and effectiveness in the distribution of subsidized 3 Kg LPG Gas
