Abstract

Quality of service at PT. Permata Indah Bersinar is still ineffective and not maximized. Because this company does not have a web-based housing marketing information system. This company also has not implemented a Customer Relationship Management strategy. In this research, the system created is a web-based housing marketing information system. With this system, companies will find it easier to disseminate information about their housing, consumers will also find it easier to get information without having to come directly to the marketing office. This system also implements Customer Relationship Management (CRM), so that consumers can ask and answer questions about housing through this website. By utilizing a housing marketing information system using web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM), as an effort to improve service quality and increase customer satisfaction and maintain relationships between companies and consumers.

Abstract

Abstract:  Push Notification is a service that is widely used for the purposes of notification via short messages on the smartphone. With the Push Notification service, users can be helped in terms of short notice notification. In the implementation of Push Notification can be utilized in various daily needs such as attendance monitoring, latest news updates, and so forth. Application to be designed is an application that can send Push Notification which will be able to diembangkang in various fields according to user needs. Lack of knowledge in providing information in real time, resulting in information submitted is not up-to-date, so that in various situations and conditions of information provided has been obsolete. Push Notification is one service that can answer the problem so that no more information is not delivered the latest, with the use of this service every update information will be immediately sent as a message notification, so the latest information will not be missed. Push Notification Services are generally widely applied to mobile applications such as Android and iOS. For the use of the largest mobile operating system based on statcounter for 2012 to 2016 in Indonesia is controlled by the Android Operating System. Based on the data the application development Push Notification is applied to the Andoid Operating System as the largest market share today. Keywords: Applications, Push Notification, Mobile, Android.  Abstrak: Push Notification adalah sebuah layanan yang banyak digunakan untuk keperluan pemberitahuan melalui pesan pendek yang ada di smartphone. Dengan adanya layanan Push Notification tersebut, pengguna dapat terbantu dalam hal yang bersipat pemberitahuan secara singkat. Pada implementasinya Push Notification dapat dimanfaatkan dalam berbagai keperluan sehari-hari misalnya untuk monitoring absensi, update berita terbaru, dan sebagainya. Aplikasi yang akan dirancang adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mengirim Push Notification yang nantinya akan dapat dikembangkang di berbagai bidang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Kurangnya pengetahuan dalam memberikan informasi secara real time, berakibat informasi yang tersampaikan tidak up-to-date, sehingga dalam berbagai situasi dan kondisi informasi yang diberikan telah usang. Push Notification salah satu layanan yang dapat menjawab masalah tersebut sehingga tidak ada lagi informasi yang terbaru tidak tersampaikan, dengan penggunaan layanan ini setiap terjadi update informasi maka akan langsung terkirim sebagai pesan notification, sehingga informasi yang terbaru tidak akan terlewatkan. Layanan Push Notification umumnya banyak diterapkan pada aplikasi mobile seperti Android dan IOS. Untuk penggunaan Sistem Operasi mobile terbesar berdasarkan statcounter untuk tahun 2012 sampai 2016 di Indonesia dikuasi oleh Sistem Operasi Android. Berbasarkan data tersebut pengembangan aplikasi Push Notification ini diterapkan pada Sistem Operasi Andoid sebagai pangsa pasar terbesar saat ini. Kata Kunci:    Aplikasi, Push Notification, Mobile, Android.

Abstract

Abstract: The use of computer networks at this time has proven to be a very reliable means of communication and source of information. Government agencies, offices are now using the network as a medium for disseminating information. At present, in the implementation of computer networks, it is very necessary for management to optimize the network itself. Therefore it is necessary to do QoS (Quality of Service) Analysis, in order to get optimal network. QoS (Quality of Service) is a technology that can be applied in computer networks to provide optimal services for network users. With the existence of QoS (Quality of Service) allows network administrators to be able to perform bandwidth management to handle various effects due to congestion (congestion) in packet flow traffic in the network. In performing QoS (Quality of Service), a device that can do bandwidth management to the network is built. Mikrotik Routerboard750 is a network device using Linux-based MicroticOS that can be used in the application of QoS (Quality of Service). Keywords: Computer Network, QoS (Quality of Service), Mikrotik Routerboard750  Abstrak: Penggunaan Jaringan komputer pada saat ini telah terbukti sebagai sarana komunikasi dan sumber informasi yang sangat diandalkan. Seluruh instansi pemerintahan, perkantoran saat ini sudah memanfaatkan jaringan sebagai media sarana penyebaran informasi. Saat ini dalam implementasinya jaringan komputer sangat butuh dilakukan manajemen guna optimalimalisasi jaringan itu sendiri. Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan Analasis QoS (Quality of Service), guna mendapatkan jaringan yang optimal. QoS (Quality of Service) merupakan teknologi yang dapat diterapkan dalam jaringan komputer guna memberikan layanan yang optimal bagi para pengguna jaringan. Dengan adanya QoS (Quality of Service) memungkinkan administrator jaringan untuk dapat melakukan manajemen bandwidth guna menangani berbagai efek akibat terjadinya kemacetan (congestion) pada lalu lintas aliran paket di dalam jaringan. Dalam melakukan QoS (Quality of Service) dibutauhan sebuah perangkat yang dapat melakukan manajemen bandwidth terhadap jaringan. Abstract

Abstrak: Computer technology more and more influential in the management of office space at the moment. It is characterized by the more easy it is bureaucracy, the study of grammar of the easy access to information from one point to another. Of course, computer technology will not be such a big contribution to the development of the management of the Government if the role of human resources is not optimized. With respect to the development of computer technology, until now has been a significant development occurred in several areas in regard of the IT application in management offices. Contradictory with the above example, there are still many areas that still have not had the courage or good faith to apply IT in the management of this Office for various reasons. In fact, the IT deployment in government management office management in particular can be a motivation for employees to improve productivity of work.Keywords : Computer technology, management offices, governmentAbstrak: Teknologi Komputer semakin banyak berperan  dalam manajemen perkantoran saat ini. Hal ini ditandai dengan semakin mudahnya birokrasi tata persuratan, semakin mudahnya akses informasi dari satu titik ke titik lainnya. Tentu saja, teknologi komputer tidak akan sedemikian besar kontribusinya bagi perkembangan manajemen pemerintahan jika peran sumber daya manusia tidak dioptimalkan. Sehubungan dengan perkembangan teknologi komputer, hingga saat ini telah terjadi perkembangan yang signifikan di beberapa daerah dalam kaitan aplikasi TI dalam Manajemen Perkantoran. Kontradiktif dengan kalimat di atas, masih banyak pula daerah perkantoran didesa yang masih belum memiliki keberanian atau itikad baik untuk mengaplikasikan TI dalam manajemen perkantoran ini dengan berbagai alasan. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai sejauh mana peningkatan kemampuan belajar anak berkebutuhan khusus melalui aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis mobile android (mobile learning, m-learning) dengan menerapkan metode ABA dan Glenn Doman sekaligus. Metode ABA yang digunakan dalam m-learning ini berupa materi belajar  anak yang terstruktur, terarah, dan terukur yang mampu memberikan interaksi dengan anak langsung melalui aplikasi android dalam bentuk suara dan gambar. Sementara penerapan metode Glenn Doman dalam m-learning ini bertujuan untuk memberikan stimulasi bagi otak anak agar berkembang lebih baik dengan pemberian materi membaca dan berhitung yang didukung dengan gambar-gambar yang menarik bagi anak. Tentunya hasil awal yang dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi m-learning yang dapat berjalan pada smartphone android. Kemudian dengan menggunakan aplikasi ini akan dilakukan pengujian dan penilaian sejauh mana peningkatan kemampuan belajar anak berkebutuhan khusus

Abstract

Dunia pendidikan yang kian berkembang memicu tren pengajaran (teaching) yang dulunya hanya menempatkan guru sebagai komunikator aktif, kini telah mengalami perubahan besar, dimana guru dan siswa telah ditempatkan dalam posisi yang sama-sama aktif melalui penggunaan teknologi dan media pembelajaran. Penggunaan teknologi mobile dapat diasumsikan sebagai salah satu faktor pendorong berkembangnya proses pembelajaran pada institusi pendidikan nonformal maupun pendidikan formal. Untuk itu dibutuhkan fasilitas teknologi yang dapat diakses semua orang dimanapun dan kapanpun.Tentunya peranan perangkat mobile seperti smartphone android maupun ios menjadi solusi terbaik untuk pembelajaran (mobile learning),didak terkecuali dalam pembelajaran bahasa inggris.Mata pelajaran bahasa inggris merupakan salah satu matapelajaran wajib dalam kurikulum SMK yang hasilnya belum memuaskan sejauh ini.Hal ini terbukti dengan masih banyaknya siswa yang belum mampu berkomunikasi menggunakan bahasa Inggris walaupun mereka sudah mempelajarinya sejak memasuki bangku Sekolah Dasar (SD). Jadi melalui penelitian ini akanterlihat bagaimana efektifitas pembelajaranmobile (mobile learning) dalam mata pelajaran bahasa inggris.

Abstract

Basically an increase in sales means an increase in sales which is a positive thing for a company, but it will be a problem if the company does not have sufficient product inventory to meet consumer demand. Forecasting is the art and science of predicting future events. Forecasting will involve taking historical data (such as last year's sales) and projecting it into the future using mathematical models. The Single Exponential Smoothing method is a method that has different weighting techniques for the available data. PHP is a programming language that is intended to create web-based applications, and MySQL is the first database supported by a script programming language for the internet php. Therefore, the application of forecasting techniques for the cases experienced by Syahbana Group 2 is the best solution. By utilizing forecasting techniques using the Single Exponential Smoothing method and also using the PHP programming language and mysql database, it is expected to be able to monitor the development of broiler sales in Syahbana Group 2. The results of this study prove that the application of the Single Exponential Smoothing method in forecasting broiler sales makes it easier for Syahbana Group 2 because the forecasting system provides a good accuracy value in providing sales planning for the following month

Abstract

An agency cannot be separated from the role of human resources (HR) who work in it. The quality of human resources is one of the factors to increase the productivity of an agency's performance. Human resources are the most important contribution to the growth and development of the agency. Therefore, an agency needs to conduct an employee performance assessment to determine the success or failure of the employee in carrying out his duties. Soft skill competency assessment is a very important issue in managing employee performance. The system that runs at the Subur Village Hall Office in assessing employee soft skill competencies has weaknesses, namely the employee assessment process is still done manually and the data processing process has not used an application program. In addition, the assessment is still subjective and not relevant to the actual situation, so it cannot be used as a basis for objective decision making so that it is difficult to determine the soft skill competency assessment possessed by employees. The purpose of this study is to assist the agency in assessing employee performance quickly and accurately. The research was conducted using qualitative methods with program design using the multi-factor evaluation process (MFEP) method. The results of testing the MFEP method calculation system are close to the results of calculations carried out by the Subur Village Hall Office using the Microsoft Excel application according to the weights on each criterion that have been determined by the Subur Village Hall Office

Abstract

Abstract: development is a form of progress in our activities when we will do the program perfectly and get a result significant in using the media. This activity for learning in the school which found that the development of using the image media, especially for a teacher. This dedication to the community for all teacher elementary school at Brainfor Islamic School Foundation which they got high motivation in using image media in the classroom especially in learning English for example the conversation showed that picture image media is a visual media that can only be seen or image related to subject matter that is useful for conveying messages from teachers to students. This method used the discussion and trained method for all teacher and then did the exercise material, especially about conversation through image media to them. After using image media, the teacher should be implemented it in the classroom as the target oflearning activity in the classroom for Brainfor Islamic School in Kisaran. This picture media can help to express the information contained in the problem so that the relationship between components in the problem can be seen more clearly. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk semua guru sekolah dasar di Yayasan Brain for sekolah islam Kisaran yang memiliki motivasi tinggi dalam menggunakan media gambar di kelas khususnya dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris misalnya percakapan menunjukkan bahwa media gambar gambar adalah media visual yang hanya bisa dilihat atau gambar yang berkaitan dengan materi pelajaran yang berguna untuk menyampaikan pesan dari guru kepada siswa. Metode ini menggunakan metode diskusi dan pelatihan bagi seluruh guru dan kemudian mengerjakan materi latihan khususnya tentang berbicara melalui media gambar kepada mereka. Setelah menggunakan media gambar sebaiknya guru menerapkannya di dalam kelas sebagai sasaran kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas di Sekolah Dasar Brain for sekolah islam Kisaran. Media gambar ini dapat membantu untuk mengungkapkan informasi yang terkandung dalam soal sehingga hubungan antar komponen dalam soal dapat terlihat lebih jelas. Bahkan, media gambar juga dapat diartikan sebagai segala sesuatu yang dapat diimplementasikan secara visual dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris sebagai target aktivitas di kelas Brain for Islamic School di Kisaran.Kata Kunci : pengembangan media gambar;pembelajaran bahasa inggris

Abstract: Technology really provides benefits and helps people's daily activities, for example the use of internet technology such as websites is widely implemented in various systems. The Pekanbaru City Health Office coordinates with the puskesmas as a technical implementation unit in the health sector. Each puskesmas has a work report that must be reported to the Pekanbaru City Health Office so that many puskesmas under the auspices of the Pekanbaru City Health Office must submit these reports. Due to distance limitations, an information technology-based container is needed to accommodate all these reports because the report collection is still in the form of files that are delivered directly by the Head of the Puskesmas to the Pekanbaru City Health Office. After socializing and using the e-Letter application at the Pekanbaru City Health Office, it can be concluded that the e-Letter application created can help the Pekanbaru City Health Office to collect activity reports from each health center and the e-Letter application can save time and save time. in the use of paper because the report is already a file. Setiap puskesmas memiliki laporan kerja yang harus dilaporkan kepada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru sehingga banyaknya puskesmas yang dibawah naungan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru harus mengumpulkan laporan tersebut. Karena keterbatasan jarak maka dibutuhkan suatu wadah berbasiskan teknologi informasi untuk menampung semua laporan tersebut dikarenakan pengumpulan laporan masih dalam bentuk berkas yang di antarkan langsung oleh Kepala puskesmas ke pihak Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru. Setelah dilakukan sosialiasi dan digunkannya aplikasi e-Letter pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi e-Letter yang dibuat dapat membantu pihak Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru untuk mengumpulkan laporan kegiatan dari setiap puskesmas dan aplikasi e-Letter dapat menghemat waktu dan menghemat dalam penggunaan kertas karena laporan sudah berupa file.Kata kunci: aplikasi; e-letter; web
