Informatics Education Study Programme, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Citra Bangsa University, Kupang. Supervisors: Dr Maria M. B. Sogen, S.Kom., M.Pd, Diana Yanni Ariswati Fallo, S. Kom., M.T. This study aims to develop a digital teaching module on short film making, which not only improves students' understanding of the short film making process (pre-production to distribution) but also strengthens character values through a collaborative project-based approach. The method used was Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model (Analyse, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), conducted at Citra Bangsa Mandiri Christian High School in Kupang with a sample of 37 students from classes XI C and XI H (saturation sampling technique). Data collection techniques included tests (pre-test and post-test), questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation, analysed using descriptive statistics, N-Gain Score, and Likert scale. The results showed that the digital teaching module was effective, with an increase in the average pre-test score (58.95–63.89) to the post-test score (90.28–92.89), an N-Gain of 78.68% (high category), and expert validation (material: 86.67%; media: 88.33%; practitioners: 96.67%) 91% character building questionnaire and student response 79.95% (acceptable). This module has been proven to improve student understanding and character building through collaborative activities, in accordance with the Merdeka Curriculum. The conclusion of the study is that the digital teaching module for short film making is feasible and effective as an innovative learning medium to support character building in students in Informatics learning.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of integrating Google Site as an instructional medium on students’ learning interest in the Informatics subject at SMP Kristen Citra Bangsa Kupang. Using a quantitative experimental design with pre-test and post-test measures in control and experimental groups, data were collected through validated questionnaires and structured classroom observations. The results reveal a statistically significant enhancement in students’ learning interest following the implementation of Google Site, reflected in the increased post-test mean score (86.5) compared to the pre-test (72.3). These findings demonstrate that Google Site serves as an effective digital platform that fosters active participation, motivation, and engagement, ultimately creating a more interactive and student-centered learning environment.

Abstract

Happy Hanatris Auw, 2025. Development of a Web-Based Library Management Monitoring System to Improve the Quality of Library Services at SMA Negeri 7 Kupang. Informatics Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Citra Bangsa University Kupang. Supervisors: Dr. Maria M. B. Sogen, S.Kom., M.Pd, Diana Yanni Ariswati Fallo, S. Kom., M.T.  This research aims to develop a web-based library management monitoring system to improve service effectiveness and data management accuracy at SMA Negeri 7 Kupang. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Waterfall model, which includes needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The analysis results show that the previous library management was still done manually, leading to data inaccuracies, service delays, and difficulties in monitoring. The developed system provides features for book and user data management, automated loan and return transactions, real-time stock checking, and integrated report generation. Media expert validation showed a feasibility level of 85.41% with a feasible category. User response testing also yielded excellent results, with 94% of students, 97% of teachers, and 96.2% of librarians. The system implementation proved to speed up services, improve record-keeping accuracy, facilitate information access, and support the development of student character traits such as discipline, responsibility, and independence.
