Abstract

TK Islam Mutiara berdiri diawali dari terbentuknya Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Jiwa Nala dikenal dengan Yayasan Jiwanala. TK Islam Mutiara adalah lembaga swasta yang berdiri sejak tahun 1990. Berdasarkan spreadsheet (data) yang ada, dapat dilihat penerimaan siswa baru selama 3 tahun terakhir di TK Islam Mutiara Surabaya mengalami penurunan. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh banyak hal, seperti: banyaknya taman kanak-kanak di setiap kecamatan, jarak taman kanak-kanak dengan tempat tinggal, besarnya biaya pendidikan, strategi promosi, dan faktor lain. Pada Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini, bahasannya akan difokuskan pada strategi promosi. Selama ini promosi yang dilakukan oleh TK Islam Mutiara Surabaya melalui penyebaran brosur, media sosial (Instagram), dan website. Namun website yang tersedia jarang diperbaharui isi berita tentang sekolahnya. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini, mengatasi kesulitan yang berkenaan dengan kegiatan promosi TK Islam Mutiara Surabaya khususnya promosi pada media sosial instagram, dimana dengan menggunakan media sosial ini sekolah dapat menampilkan video tentang profil sekolah. Pembuatan video profil sekolah ini, ditunjang dengan guru pengajar yang memiliki telepon genggam, sehingga dapat membantu proses pembuatan video profil sekolah, yang pada akhirnya dapat membantu mempromosikan TK Islam Mutiara Surabaya. Hasil yang didapat antara lain: naskah tentang profil sekolah TK, pengetahuan tentang proses produksi video profil sekolah menggunakan telepon genggam dengan aplikasi Viva Video. Hasil jadi video profil sekolah dapat digunakan sebagai media promosi. Dengan terselesaikannya Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini, para peserta pelatihan menghendaki pelatihan lanjutan untuk mengembangkan diri di bidang pengembangan video pembelajaran.

Abstract

The directing of the program Ludruk Banyolan Kartolo (LBK) is carried out and influenced by elements of production, and itsaesthetic is formed in such a way that the LBK program can be packaged and broadcast in a way that is appropriate and canalso be enjoyed by the television audience. The directing of LBK is influenced by production elements such as the synopsis,program director, floor director, production assistant, camera operator, sound engineer, lighting engineer, and artistic arranger.The directing of this program can also be viewed from two strategies, namely the visual strategy, which is influenced by thecharacterization, dramatic plot, and the way in which the dramatic plot is created, and the media strategy, which is influencedby the techniques used for taking pictures and editing. The result of the LBK program, which is analysed and studied from theperspective of AAM Djelantik’s aesthetics, and viewed from the point of view of its form, quality, and appearance, shows thatthe properties used are still inadequate since the situation and conditions of every segment are the same. In addition, theuniformity of materials, costumes, and properties must also be addressed in order to improve the packaging and result of theshow.Keywords: show, program, Ludruk Banyolan Kartolo

Abstract

SLB Harmoni merupakan salah satu Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) yang berlokasi di Gedangan, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Kendala terbatasnya fasilitas dan media pembelajaran di sekolah menjadi permasalahan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Para siswa sering kali diajarkan menggunakan buku paket yang telah disediakan oleh sekolah, namun hal ini menyebabkan kurangnya antusiasme siswa dalam belajar hal baru karena dianggap kurang menarik dan kurang menyenangkan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan wawasan dan pelatihan pembuatan Busy Book sebagai media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan topik dan usia anak-anak di TK. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini terdiri dari tiga langkah. Pertama, memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang pentingnya media pembelajaran dan penerapannya dalam proses belajar mengajar. Kedua, mengenalkan Busy Book sebagai media pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan di dalam kelas. Terakhir, menyelenggarakan workshop pembuatan Busy Book beserta penentuan langkah-langkah pembelajaran yang dapat dilakukan di dalam kelas. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah guru-guru memiliki pemahaman tentang pentingnya media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus. Selain itu, guru-guru juga mampu membuat dan mengembangkan ide menjadi materi pembelajaran yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk Busy Book. Dari hasil evaluasi pada akhir kegiatan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berjalan dengan lancar dan sukses. Semua peserta aktif dan baik dalam mengikuti kegiatan hingga berakhir.  Training for Making Busy Books as Learning Media for Special Education Teachers at SLB Harmoni Gedangan, Sidoarjo Harmoni special school is one of the special schools located in Gedangan, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. The limited facilities and learning media at the school are a problem in the teaching and learning process. Students are often taught using textbooks provided by the school, but this causes a lack of enthusiasm in learning new things because it is considered less interesting and less fun. The purpose of this activity is to provide insight and training in making Busy Book as a learning media that is suitable for the topic and age of children in kindergarten. The method used in this community service activity consists of three steps. First, providing knowledge and insight into the importance of learning media and its application in the teaching and learning process. Second, introducing Busy Book as a learning media that can be applied in the classroom. Finally, conducting a workshop on Busy Book making along with determining the learning steps that can be carried out in the classroom. The result of this activity is that teachers have an understanding of the importance of learning media that suits the needs of children with special needs. In addition, teachers are also able to create and develop ideas into learning materials that are realized in the form of Busy Books. From the evaluation results at the end of the activity, it can be concluded that this community service activity ran smoothly and successfully.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to conduct an in-depth study of the stages of the production process starting from pre-production, production and post-production at independent production houses in recording, acknowledging, disclosing and presenting in an accounting perspective based on the budget and budget realization. The research method used qualitative methods based on literature studies / literature studies and interviews, while data analysis using interpretive discourse analysis techniques is used as a source of literature and informants with studies according to fields and science. The findings in this study reveal the budget management of independent film production houses which is closely related to making short-duration films where the realization of financial activities is carried out to finance all filmmaking activities from pre-production, production and post-production. Meanwhile, recording, presenting, and disclosing financial activities have not been fully carried out by production houses in managing their finances to be submitted to stakeholders. The contribution of this research elaborates and proves that financial activities in the field of cinema need to be a concern in managing, recording, disclosing and presenting their financial activities. The results of this study prove that recording, preparation and budget management are realized by obtaining funds from various sources and realization of expenditures through cash activities to meet the needs of pre-production, production to post-production of films.

Abstract

This study is based on the curiosity of the author regarding of aspects of thecharacterizations contained in the program JTV Surabaya namedBanyolan Kartolo (Kartolo Jokes),especially the episode 273 with the title“Setoran”.The study focused on the art of dramaturgyand the division of roles on the player.This study uses a qualitative research especially thefenomenology approach.With this approach disclosed to any phenomenon that occurs in theproduction of Kartolo Jokes. Data were analyzed using an interactive model, namely datareduction,data presentation,and then draw conclusions.The results of this study indicate thatthe elements that exist in Ludruk characterization Kartolo Jokes.In the jokes only use three typesof roles which the protagonist,antagonist and extras.Supporting element is the script,directors,steering studio, production assistants, camera person, lights man, sound engineers, and artisticdirector.Keywords:Ludruk,BanyolanKartolo,JTV Surabaya,and Dramaturgy

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PkM) responds to the growing interest among high school students (SMA/SMK/MAN) in horror films and Over The Top (OTT) platforms, coupled with limited access to technical cinematic training. The aim was to enhance participants' understanding and technical skills in horror film production, focusing on mastering key techniques such as jumpscares, cinematography, the three-act script structure, and effective camera angle selection. The method employed was an interactive webinar workshop, which included theoretical delivery, analysis of examples, and discussions. Effectiveness was measured through pre-test and post-test assessments to evaluate changes in understanding, along with a satisfaction survey conducted at the end of the program. Results indicated a substantial improvement in participants' understanding of all technical aspects, particularly in their deepened comprehension and confidence in applying jumpscare techniques and selecting camera angles, as confirmed by the comparison of pre- and post-test scores. Participant satisfaction was exceptionally high, with notable increases in ratings of 4 and 5. It was concluded that the PkM webinar successfully achieved its goal of providing relevant cinematic knowledge in horror film production. However, a limitation identified was the lack of direct hands-on practice sessions. It is recommended that future iterations of the program incorporate more intensive practical components, such as short film production assignments or blended learning models, to further strengthen participants' application skills and develop the potential of young Indonesian filmmakers in the horror genre.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh tata rias dan busana boygroup pop internasional NexT1DE terhadap fans di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada bagaimana elemen visual tersebut membentuk gaya, identitas, dan aspirasi dalam budaya pop digital. Dalam lanskap media Indonesia yang semakin dipengaruhi oleh budaya pop Asia seperti K-pop dan C-pop, NexT1DE hadir sebagai representasi estetika visual yang kuat, memadukan gaya futuristik, gender-fluid, dan eksperimental dalam performa visual mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui analisis konten visual dari media sosial, video musik, dan penampilan panggung, serta wawancara semi-struktural dengan 12 penggemar aktif di Indonesia. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tata rias dan fashion NexT1DE berfungsi sebagai simbol visual yang tidak hanya memperkuat identitas grup, tetapi juga mendorong proses identifikasi dan ekspresi diri penggemar, baik secara personal maupun kolektif dalam komunitas fandom. Fans mengadopsi gaya NexT1DE dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, memperkuat afiliasi emosional melalui desain event, outfit, hingga simbol fandom lainnya. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa NexT1DE tidak hanya tampil sebagai entertainer, tetapi juga sebagai ikon budaya visual yang membentuk praktik gaya hidup, nilai estetis, dan konstruksi identitas lintas budaya dalam era digital.
