Abstract

Good principal leadership can be the main driving force in supporting effective and efficient education in schools. Objective conditions need to be assessed in order to measure the extent of the implementation of the task of teachers in schools, given the implementation of these tasks can be influenced by several factors. This study aims to: Describe the leadership of the principal, to the performance of teachers in SMP NEGERI I CEMPA Pinrang District, analyzing the partial influence of leadership of the principal on the performance of teachers in SMP NEGERI I CEMPA Pinrang Regency, This study used a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires on 45 teachers as population and also as sample of research. Test requirements analysis is done through linearity test, while the data is analyzed descriptively and hypothesis test with multiple regression. The results show that (1) principal leadership and teacher performance are generally in very good category, (2) Leadership of principals gives positive influence to teacher performance. The higher the leadership of the principal, the more the teacher performance in SMP Negeri I CEMPA Pinrang District

Abstract

The aim of this research is to prove the influence of leadership and communication on employee job satisfaction at the Youth and Sports Office of South Sulawesi Province, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 55 people from a population of 120 people with the Accidental Sampling technique. The results showed: (1) Leadership has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with the results of the T-test > T-table and a significant value of 0.002 <0.05. (2) Communication has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with the results of the T-test > T-table test and a significant value of 0.021 <0.05. (3) Leadership and communication simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with the results of the calculated F test > F table test and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Berkembang Era Sejahtera Makassar. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif, kemudian sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif untuk menjelaskan pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisis linear berganda dengan hasil persamaan Y= 10.154 + 0,426X1 + 0,332X2 untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara Kepemimpinan dan Kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan Yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan koefisien korelasi (0767) dan koefisien determinasi (0,589), uji-f dan uji-t. hasil perhitungan regresi berganda diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel (22.889 > 3,29) dengan sig. (0,004 < 0,05) sehinggga kepemimpinan dan kompetensi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya hasil uji-t terhadap variabel kepemimpinan diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel (3.113 > 1.693) dengan nilai sig. (0,004 < 0,05) maka H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak, artinya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sementara varibel kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan menghasilkan t hitung > t tabel (2.397 > 1.693) dengan nilai sig. (0,023 < 0,05) sehingga H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak, maka dari itu terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan penelitian diterima

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. NS Bluescope Lysaght IND cabang Makassar. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan statistic jumlah respoden sebanyak 33 orang dengan teknik sampel jenuh hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil uji-t, nilai t hitung > t tabel dengan nilai sig. (0,015 < 0,05). (2) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan hasil uji t hitung > t dengan nilai sig. (0,004 < 0,05) : (3) motivasi dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.dengan hasil uji F diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel (33,900 > 3,32) dengan sig. (0,000 < 0,05).

Abstract

Of this study is to determine the influence of leadership and discipline on employee performance at PT. Daikin Airconditiong Indonesia Makassar Branch. The types of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data. The data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis and statistical analysis through multiple linear regression tests obtained a value of Y = 9.956 + 0,393 X1 + 0,402 X2, then the value of the correlation coefficient (r) 0,830, or 83,0% and the coefficient of determination (r2) of 0,678 or 67,8%. Furthermore, the calculation of the T test obtained results for leadership variables, namely T count 4,091 > T table 1,673 and discipline variables obtained values, namely T count 5,276 > T table 1.689. Test results F obtained F count 59,893 > F table 2,77. The results showed that leadership and discipline both partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Dividend Per Share and Debt To Equity Ratio on Share Prices at PT. Harum Energy, Tbk. The type of qualitative and quantitative data. The analytical methods used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, correlation coefficient, f test, and t test. The research results of the regression equation Y = 2.102,691 + 4,338X1 – 17,674X2 coefficient of determination, R2 = 0,084 and correlation coefficient r = 0,289 simultaneously there is an insignificant influence on the Dividend Per Share and debt To Equity Ratio variables on share prices at PT. Harum Energy, Tbk. Partially, Dividend Per Share has a positive and significant influence on share prices and partially Debt To Equity Ratio has a negative and insignificant influence on share prices.
