Abstract

This study investigates the language acquisition of children aged 10-12, focusing on their linguistic development in morphology, syntax, semantics, and pragmatics. Conducted at SDN 047 Balonggede, Bandung, the research employs a qualitative descriptive method. Data was collected through observation of four students during classroom activities. The findings reveal that children at this age demonstrate significant advancements in language acquisition. Their ability to form complex sentences, use appropriate morphological structures, and comprehend both literal and contextual meanings highlights their developing linguistic competence. However, challenges such as discrepancies between academic language and daily communication, as well as the influence of technology on language development, were also identified. These findings underline the importance of tailored teaching materials that reflect children's existing linguistic abilities. The study concludes that an immersive language environment and active interaction are crucial for facilitating effective language acquisition in children aged 10-12.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the similarities and differences between French language and Indonesian language through a contrastive analysis approach focusing on phonology, morphology, and syntax. At the phonological level, the main differences lie in the vowel and consonant systems, nasalization, stress patterns, and the pronunciation of final sounds. In terms of morphology, French exhibits a complex inflectional system, including verb conjugation and grammatical marking of gender and number, whereas Indonesian tends to be agglutinative, employing affixation without significant morphological changes based on gender or number. Syntactically, both languages generally follow a Subject–Predicate–Object (SPO) structure; however, they differ in noun phrase structure, article usage, agreement, and adjective placement. The findings indicate that these structural differences may cause linguistic interference in foreign language learning, particularly for Indonesian learners of French. This research is expected to contribute to the field of contrastive linguistics and foreign language teaching.

Abstract

Twenty-first century education faces complex challenges characterized by rapid technological advancement, globalization, and increasingly urgent environmental crises. These conditions have stimulated the emergence of innovative approaches, such as futuristic pedagogy, ecopedagogy, and deep learning, as responses to the need for more adaptive, sustainable, and meaningful learning. This study aims to analyze trends, developments, and the scientific collaboration landscape related to these three approaches using a bibliometric method. The research data were obtained from reputable scientific databases within the period 2021–2026 and analyzed using bibliometric software to identify publication patterns, dominant keywords, author collaboration networks, and the contributions of countries and institutions. The results reveal a significant increase in the number of publications addressing futuristic pedagogy, ecopedagogy, and deep learning. Furthermore, the findings indicate that developing countries are beginning to show substantial contributions to ecopedagogy studies, while developed countries remain more dominant in technology-based futuristic pedagogy. The collaboration network analysis also demonstrates a growing trend of international cooperation in the field of innovative education. This study provides a comprehensive overview of the direction of contemporary educational research and its implications for future learning practices. The findings are expected to serve as a foundation for the development of educational policies, curriculum innovation, and further research oriented toward inclusive, sustainable, and adaptive education in response to global changes.
