Abstract

Conflict control and decision-making by the principal are things that must be done when a conflict occurs in their environment. Where the conflict occurs between teachers. This study was conducted with the aim of finding out how a leader makes decisions and controls conflicts that can be resolved quickly and accurately. This research method is using a qualitative method with a case study approach. This research was conducted at SDIT Nurul Fajri, Bekasi Regency. Using interviews with the principal. The results of the study showed that the principal should not side with one of the teachers but must be fair in making decisions due to the conflict that occurred.
