The crisis phase was felt by almost all informants, which was marked by feelings of discomfort, stress, confusion, and then culture shock due to environmental differences. Informants A, D, N, and S experienced all phases of adaptation, while M did not experience the honeymoon phase and immediately entered the crisis phase. Informant M was trapped in a prolonged crisis phase because cultural differences were considered a major problem and could not accept the situation in the new environment, in addition to informant A who experienced a rapid adaptation process. Other factors that helped, such as support from the surrounding environment and family, were proven by informants D, N, and S.
