This material directly addresses the design and strategies of effective learning as an effort to enhance the success of the learning and educational process. It is conveyed that instructional design interprets tested learning methodologies based on conceptual frameworks and learning theories, with the aim of creating an enjoyable and effective learning environment. Various instructional design models have been analyzed, such as Dick and Carey, Kemp, ASSURE, as well as Hanafin and Beck. This encompasses structured steps involved in the process of designing, implementing, and evaluating learning. This article emphasizes the importance of selecting the appropriate model by considering the context and the characteristics of both teachers and students to achieve objectives more effectively. Therefore, thorough planning and the use of an appropriate model will result in a more effective and meaningful learning process for all learners.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how to optimize elementary school learning through understanding Jean Piaget's cognitive development theory. The research employs a literature review approach and qualitative analysis of relevant literature. The main focus is on the concrete and formal operational stages that influence children's understanding of learning. Data analysis is conducted descriptively to identify the implications of Piaget's theory in designing teaching strategies appropriate to children's cognitive development stages. This study formulates a conceptual framework to support educators in optimizing classroom teaching and learning processes, considering individual differences in thinking and information
