Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of planning and organizing in the management of the Gorontalo Provincial Archaeological Museum. The focus of the research includes exhibition planning, staff task distribution, committee formation, budget management, and strategies to overcome facility limitations. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method, combining observation, structured interviews, and documentation as the main data sources. The results show that the museum has applied planning and organizing systematically and continuously. Planning includes determining exhibition themes, arranging display spaces, and implementing educational strategies, while organizing involves staff task allocation, internal coordination, and collaboration with external parties. Routine evaluation of activities serves as an important mechanism to improve service quality and visitor experience. The study concludes that effective planning and organizing are key factors in the museum’s success in achieving its strategic goals and contributing positively to cultural preservation.

Abstract

This study aims to design and produce creative bracelets through capital planning, material selection, and design development. The methods used are literature study and design and planning based on the analysis of capital needs, materials, and product design. The results indicate that with proper capital planning, appropriate material selection, and attractive product design, bracelet production can be carried out efficiently and has the potential to be developed as a micro/small-scale business. This study is expected to serve as an initial reference for bracelet craftsmen in planning production systematically.
