Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyse the effect of organisational commitment as the dependent variable of Lumajang District Government contract personnel after the Minister of PAN and RB Letter Number: B/185/M.SM.02.03/2022 concerning Personnel Status in the Agency Environment, Central and Regional Government. While the independent variables are organisational culture, transformational leadership and job satisfaction. This research method uses descriptive quantitative. The data used is primary data with a population of contract employees. The dependent variable in this study is organisational commitment with indicators. The independent variables in this study are the marketing mix consisting of organisational culture, and job satisfaction with each measuring instrument indicator and transformational leadership variables with measuring instrument indicators. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially organisational culture, transformational leadership, and job satisfaction had no effect on organisational commitment, and the results of testing all variables stated that organisational culture, transformational leadership and job satisfaction simultaneously had no effect on organisational commitment in contract employees within the Lumajang District Government

Abstract

The creative industry through community-based industry on the scale of MSMEs, has developed quite well. The creative industry has the opportunity to continue to increase, because the industry is responsive to absorb the accumulation of social phenomena in society and pour it into the context of products and services. The problems faced by MSMEs are still homework, the problems include fulfilling the market aspect, which is caused by the availability of the goods produced. This study aims to obtain problem information and the right solution approach in answering the existing problems. The results of the study indicate that the problem of human resource availability can be done with alternative solutions in the form of a social entrepreneurship approach with the involvement of the community around the industry

Abstract

Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology, this study attempts to investigate how Learning Agility might enhance both individual and organisational performance.. Learning Agility is defined as the ability to learn from experience and apply that learning to new situations. This research reviews related literature from various sources to identify the main dimensions of Learning Agility and its relationship with performance improvement, both at the individual and organizational levels. The results show that Learning Agility contributes significantly to performance improvement. The findings also underline the importance of developing Learning Agility with various programs within the organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of human resource management in improving work-life balance. In this study, the researcher uses a literature analysis method to gain insights into the research topic being studied. The role of human resources is to increase the contribution of human resources (employees) in the organization. To achieve this goal, human resources must be evaluated comprehensively and corrective actions must be taken whenever there are unsatisfactory results or significant changes in the growth of an institution. Human resource management plays a crucial role in achieving organizational goals. Human resource management is essential for the success of an organization. Human Resource Management also manages conflicts, improves internal communication, and creates an inclusive and performance-oriented work culture, and acts as a catalyst in achieving organizational goals. Therefore, human resource management plays a vital role in ensuring the success and sustainability of an organization by helping to manage human resources effectively, thereby creating a productive, innovative, and sustainable work environment. The results of this study show that Human Resource Management can play a crucial role in improving work-life balance in organizations by developing flexible work policies, managing workload, developing wellness programs, facilitating effective communication, and developing organizational culture.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the workplace has changed the way companies manage human resources. Amidst the demands of flexible work and operational efficiency, Digital HR (technology-based Human Resource) has become a strategic necessity. The urgency of this research lies in the need to adapt digital technology to support work-life balance and drive employee productivity. Many companies implement flexible work systems, but have not yet fully integrated Digital HR into their HR management processes. The purpose of this research is to analyze the extent to which Digital HR optimization contributes to improving employee work-life balance and productivity. This research also aims to identify the mediating role of work-life balance in the relationship between Digital HR and productivity. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, researchers will explore relevant scientific literature, journals, and prior research. The focus is on identifying patterns, relationships, and best practices in the implementation of Digital HR in various organizations. The results of this research show that the use of digital technology in HR management can help employees better manage their work time and personal lives, thereby improving work-life balance and employee productivity.
