Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors inhibiting access to MSME funding that occur in the South Konawe Regency. The method in this research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The data collection method was carried out by conducting interviews with MSME actors and the Cooperative and MSME Service in South Konawe Regency. From the results of the research carried out, it was found that several factors cause obstacles to access to funding, namely, there are still many MSME actors who do not legalize their businesses using their Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) and the lack of assistance provided by the government through the Cooperatives and MSMEs Service to business actors in South Konawe Regency.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze seaweed marketing in Akuni Village, Tinanggea Sub-district, Konawe Selatan Regency. The study was motivated by the large potential of seaweed in Indonesia, particularly in Akuni Village, where seaweed cultivation is the main livelihood for most residents. The research method used was a survey method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis to describe marketing channels and quantitative descriptive analysis to calculate marketing margins and marketing efficiency using marketing margin and farmer's share formulas. The results showed that there was one seaweed marketing channel in Akuni Village, namely from farmers to collectors, then to Makassar. The marketing margin obtained by collectors is Rp. 3,000/Kg. Marketing efficiency is relatively high with a farmer's share value of 83%. In conclusion, the seaweed marketing channel in Akuni Village is quite good and efficient.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse business development strategies to increase revenue at UD. Baruasa Membiri in Kendari City. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the regional economy, particularly in maintaining business sustainability and enhancing competitiveness. In facing increasingly intense competition, UD. Baruasa Membiri implements various business development strategies, such as product diversification, market share expansion, and partnerships and collaborations. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with SWOT analysis techniques. Data were obtained through observations, interviews, and documentation from the owner and employees of UD. Baruasa Membiri. The results of the study indicate that the implemented business development strategies contribute to revenue growth, despite challenges in marketing and product innovation. By optimising internal strengths and external opportunities, UD. Baruasa Membiri can enhance its income and achieve sustainable business growth.
