Abstract

This study aims to analyze the advantages, challenges, and optimization efforts of the digital library at MI Baitussalam, Dusun Betiring, Desa Banjarsari, Kecamatan Cerme. This research employed a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that the digital library offers several advantages, including modern facilities, e-books, Smart TV, and internet access, which support interactive and flexible learning. However, its utilization faces several challenges, such as low student reading interest, limited number of computers, lack of innovative digital literacy programs, and occasionally unstable internet connection. Optimization efforts include reading literacy programs, the use of Smart TV, parental involvement, addition of computers, teacher training, and enrichment of digital collections. In conclusion, the digital library at MI Baitussalam has great potential to improve students' literacy, but its effectiveness requires collaborative support among the school, teachers, students, and parents, as well as sustainable innovative literacy programs.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the Family Financial Management Strategy: Improving the Financial Literacy of the Millennial Generation. This research method is Type of Research: Qualitative This research is a type of literature research; This means that the information materials used come from library sources in the form of books, encyclopedias, magazines, journals, newspapers, journals, and others Approach: Case studies on millennial families, surveys of the millennial generation to measure the level of financial literacy, and literature analysis. The form of this research is descriptive, analytical, and critical. The results of this study are to summarize the importance of financial literacy in family financial management, especially for the millennial generation, as well as its impact on the quality of life and long-term financial well-being. This research can provide useful insights for many families, especially millennials who are struggling to adjust to an increasingly complex financial world.

Abstract

Effective resource management strategies are key to improving the quality of education in primary schools. Continuous development of teachers' capacity through training programs in line with curriculum needs and the use of the latest educational technology play a vital role in enriching students' learning experience. Improved school infrastructure such as conducive classrooms, updated laboratories and well-stocked libraries support more efficient and interactive teaching and learning. Collaboration with parents and the school site community is equally important, through mobilizing additional support and resources, which in turn, improves student motivation and learning outcomes. The research method used in this study is the literature research method. The results show that continuous professional development for teachers is a dominant factor in improving the quality of learning. Effective programs include customized training that is integrated with current educational needs and objectives. Adequate educational infrastructure and access to educational technology also play an important role in creating an efficient learning environment and encouraging students to perform better academically. Finally, parental and community involvement was found to be a key aspect in enhancing students' learning motivation and sustaining the school's efforts in providing educational resources. It also strengthens the school's relationship with external stakeholders and helps in the mobilization of additional resources
