Abstract

This research aims to analyze the integration of renewable energy education in the paradigm of harmony and sustainability through conceptual and empirical studies that develop in the academic literature. This type of research is a systematic literature study with a search of scientific articles in reputable databases published in the range of 2015–2025. A total of 17 articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed to identify approaches, integration models, and their implications for the formation of ecological and sustainability awareness. The analysis technique used is content analysis to categorize themes, curriculum integration patterns, pedagogical strategies, and value orientation that support harmony between humans, the environment, and clean energy technology. The results of the analysis show that the integration of renewable energy education is effective when implemented in an interdisciplinary, project-based, and contextual manner with sustainability values, so as to be able to increase energy literacy, pro-environmental attitudes, and social responsibility of students. The focus of the scientific contribution of this research is to offer an integrative conceptual framework that places renewable energy education as a strategic instrument in building a paradigm of ecological harmony and sustainable development in the education sector. These findings are expected to be a reference for the development of education curricula and policies that are responsive to the challenges of the global energy and environmental crisis.

Abstract

This study aims to describe financing management in improving educational quality at SMAN 1 Kedungwaru Tulungagung, with sub-focuses on: (1) investment costs, (2) operational costs, and (3) personal costs. A qualitative approach with a single case study design was employed. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and school archive documentation. Data validity was ensured through extended observation, increased researcher persistence, and triangulation. Data analysis employed an interactive model encompassing reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, producing valid and accountable findings. Investment costs were focused on building renovation, human resource development (subject teacher working groups/MGMP, workshops, classroom action research/PTK, ICT training), and working capital sourced from BPOPP, BOS, and community participation, all integrated within the School Budget Activity Plan (RKAS). Operational costs covered educator salaries, consumable materials, extracurricular activities, and services, with monthly online reporting monitored by the Provincial Budget Authorization Officer (KPA). Personal costs are only collected during the new student admission period (PPDB), with 15% of economically disadvantaged students receiving fee reductions. Financing management at SMAN 1 Kedungwaru is carried out in a systematic, transparent, and accountable manner through real-time digital oversight by the Provincial KPA, demonstrating that the quality of governance not merely the size of the budget is the primary determinant of educational quality improvement.

Abstract

Leaders in educational institutions play a crucial role in the development of these institutions. Consequently, a leader must possess a genuine spirit of leadership. Transformational leadership focuses on efforts to inspire, motivate and develop team members in order to bring about positive change within the organisation. This type of leadership involves leaders who are able to articulate a clear vision, create an environment that supports innovation, and attend to the needs of individuals so that they can reach their full potential. This study aims to explore and understand the nature of transformational leadership. It employs a descriptive and analytical approach through a comprehensive literature review to collect, sort, and analyse relevant literature. The findings indicate that the key characteristics of transformational leadership comprise four main components: idealised influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualised consideration. It is hoped that this research will provide in-depth insights into leadership theory and offer guidance to practitioners on enhancing leadership effectiveness within their organisations.
