Spiritual and Mental Guidance in Obedience to Prayer for Police Members in the Environment of Battalion A Pelopor Sat Brimob Polda Papua Supirman Supirman; Neti S; Hasrudin Dute; Nurul Muthmainnah

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) identify and explain the picture of the obedience of prayer worship among Polri members in the environment of Battalion A Pelopor Sat Brimob Polda Papua; and (2) identify and explain the implementation of spiritual and mental guidance in improving the obedience of prayer worship among Polri members in the environment of Battalion A Pelopor Sat Brimob Polda Papua. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data sources in this study consist of primary data obtained from the leaders and members of Battalion A Pelopor Sat Brimob Polda Papua, as well as secondary data obtained from documents, books, and journals relevant to the study. The results of the study indicate that: (1) the obedience of prayer worship among Polri members in the environment of Battalion A Pelopor Sat Brimob Polda Papua has been implemented well, which is shown through the participation of members in worship activities at the Al-Muhajirin Brimob Kotaraja Mosque. This obedience is influenced by several supporting factors, including member discipline, support from the work environment and leaders, solidarity between members, and the availability of adequate worship facilities; (2) Spiritual and mental guidance (Binrohtal) is an official program implemented based on the Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia National Police Number 10 of 2018. This activity is held every Thursday after the morning roll call at the Al-Muhajirin Brimob Kotaraja Mosque and is attended by Muslim members. The activity includes reading Ummul Qur'an, Surah Yasin, reciting the Prophet's prayers, and delivering sermons by ustadz. Overall, spiritual and mental guidance activities play an important role in increasing obedience to worship, especially prayer, strengthening spiritual religious relationships, and helping Brimob members face challenges and pressures in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

Abstrak                                                       Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana penetapan harga sebuah produk pada cafe shop Banda Aceh menggunakan teori Al-Tsaman Al-Mitsl dalam perspektif hukum ekonomi syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan pengisian kuesioner kepada pemilik cafe shop Banda Aceh. Dari hasil yang telah dikumpulkan menunjukkan bahwa sembilan cafe shop Banda Aceh menghitung harga pokok produksi pada awal penetapan harga, namun terdapat cafe shop yang perhitungan harga pokok produksinya belum merata dan adil. Penetapan harga sebuah produk juga berfokus kepada perhitungan subsidi silang dan add cost (penambahan harga). Meskipun demikian, penetapan harga pada sebuah produk cafe shop Banda Aceh ditemukan sebagian kecil belum mencapai prinsip keadilan (Al-Adl) dan harga yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemilik cafe shop Banda Aceh masih harus dipertimbangkan, karena pelanggan merasa harga tersebut terlalu tinggi dan tidak sesuai dengan harga pasar yang beredar. Kata Kunci: Al-Tsaman Al-Mitsl, Cafe Shop, Penetapan Harga.   Abstract This study aims to analyze how the pricing of a product in a cafe shop in Banda Aceh uses the theory of Al-Tsaman Al-Mitsl in the perspective of Islamic economic law. This study uses a qualitative method where data collection is carried out through interviews and questionnaires to cafe shop owners in Banda Aceh. The results that have been collected indicate that all cafe shop owners in Banda Aceh calculate the cost of production at the beginning of pricing, but there are cafe shops whose calculation of the cost of production is not even and fair. The pricing of a product also focuses on the calculation of cross-subsidies and add costs (price additions). However, the pricing of a cafe shop product in Banda Aceh was found to have not achieved the principle of justice (Al-Adl) and the price set by the cafe shop owners in Banda Aceh still needs to be considered, because customers feel the price is too high and does not match the circulating market price.
