Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) menggambarkan penerapan metode moving class dalam pembelajaran sosiologi, (2) mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat penerapan metode moving class dalam pembelajaran sosiologi, (3) menganalisis dampak penerapan metode moving class dalam pembelajaran sosiologi di SMAN 4 Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik penentuan informan menggunakan teknik purposisive sampling, informan sebanyak 14 orang yang terdiri dari 8 laki-laki dan 6 perempuan memiliki kriteria, siswa kelas 3 yaitu ketua kelas, siswa yang rajin masuk dan siswa yang sering membolos. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) gambaran penerapan metode Moving Calss di SMAN 4 Makassar yaitu (a) tahap perencanaan dengan cara mengidentifikasi tujuan pembelajaran, (b) tahap pelaksanaan yaitu menciptakan suatu transformasi yang menekankan perpindahan ruangan sebagai strategi utama dan (c) tahap evaluasi itu dilakukan secara sistematis untuk mengukur pencapaian kompetensi yang telah ditentukan oleh guru. (2) Faktor pendukung penerapan metode moving class dalam pembelajaran sosiologi yaitu regulasi sekolah dan penerapan pelatihan guru. Sementara itu, faktor penghambatnya seperti minimnya sarana dan prasarana, serta siswa yang tidak bisa dikondisikan seperti ketidakdisiplinan siswa. (3) Dampak penerapan metode Moving Class dalam pembelajaran sosiologi yaitu dampak positif mencakup, (a) peningkatan kemandirian, kerjasama, dan kepedulian sosial, (b) meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan prestasi siswa, (c) terjadinya interaksi sosial ketika perpindahan kelas, (d) pengembangan keterampilan sosial, (e) kebebasan memilih tempat duduk. Selanjutnya dampak negatif, (a) peningkatan peluang siswa untuk membolos lebih besar dan (b) terpotongnya waktu yang di gunakan ketika perindahan kelas.

Abstract

this study aims to analyze internal and external environmental factors affecting MSMEs in the culinary sector and to formulate appropriate strategic alternatives for business development using SWOT-AHP integration. A mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative techniques, was employed. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires, utilizing both primary and secondary data sources. Analysis tools included Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), Internal-External (IE) Matrix, SWOT Matrix, and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) using Expert Choice software. The results indicated an IFE total score of 2.74 and an EFE total score of 2.39, placing the MSME within the growth quadrant (Quadrant I), which signifies a strong position for leveraging internal strengths and external opportunities. Based on SWOT analysis, the Strength-Opportunity (SO) strategies recommended include maintaining and enhancing service quality to ensure customer loyalty, leveraging product diversification to increase sales, and utilizing brand ambassadors for effective promotion. Weakness-Opportunity (WO) strategies involve pricing adjustments based on market conditions and quality enhancement to retain customers. Strength-Threat (ST) strategies recommend maintaining product quality despite rising raw material costs to sustain customer retention. Lastly, Weakness-Threat (WT) strategies suggest expanding market reach and intensifying promotional activities to remain competitive. The AHP analysis identified the most prioritized strategic alternative: leveraging product diversification to enhance sales volume. This study contributes practical insights for culinary MSMEs seeking sustainable growth and improved market competitiveness.

Abstract

General Background Local traditions represent accumulated cultural values that function as social frameworks within community life. Specific Background The Mangngade tradition in Mattampawalie Village, Bone Regency, persists as a hereditary cultural practice involving collective rituals, symbolic offerings, and communal participation rooted in local wisdom and acculturated religious values. Knowledge Gap Despite its continued practice, limited scholarly attention has explicitly positioned Mangngade as an active social mechanism that maintains social cohesion and collective identity amid modernization pressures. Aims This study aims to analyze the construction of the Mangngade tradition and examine its role in sustaining social cohesion and collective identity within the Mattampawalie Village community. Results Findings indicate that Mangngade functions beyond a spiritual ritual by internalizing core social values such as sipakatau, sipakalebbi, mutual cooperation, togetherness, and social responsibility through intensive intergenerational interaction and collective participation. These practices foster solidarity, trust, and harmonious social relations while reinforcing communal bonds. Novelty This research highlights Mangngade as a form of local wisdom that remains socially functional through adaptive practices, demonstrating its role as living social capital rather than a static ceremonial tradition. Implications The findings suggest that sustained synergy among customary leaders, village governance, and community members—particularly youth—supports the continuity of Mangngade as a cultural instrument that maintains social cohesion and collective identity in the context of ongoing social change. Highlights: Communal rituals internalize shared values that maintain solidarity and togetherness. Collective participation creates sustained intergenerational social interaction.
