Abstract

This research explores the transformation of academic identity and smart pedagogy within higher education during the digital era. It focuses on integrating digital storytelling, inclusivity, and community service to enhance learning outcomes and institutional relevance. As digital technologies redefine educational boundaries, academics must adapt their professional identities to incorporate innovative pedagogical approaches. Digital storytelling serves as a vital tool for fostering engagement and critical thinking, while inclusivity ensures equitable access for diverse student populations. Furthermore, the integration of community service bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical societal impact. By examining these core components, the study highlights how smart pedagogy creates a more responsive and ethically grounded academic environment. The findings suggest that a holistic integration of digital tools and social responsibility is essential for modern universities to thrive. Ultimately, this transformation empowers both educators and students to navigate the complexities of a technology-driven global landscape effectively and inclusively.

Abstract

This study examines the profitability of HDFC Bank within the context of digital banking transformation by analyzing trends in Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) over the period 2014–2025. Unlike conventional financial studies, this research integrates a digital business perspective by linking financial performance with technological advancement in banking services. The study adopts a quantitative approach using secondary data collected from annual reports, Reserve Bank of India publications, and financial databases. Analytical tools include ratio analysis and trend analysis to evaluate Net Profit, Total Assets, Shareholders’ Equity, ROA, and ROE. The findings indicate consistent growth in profitability and asset expansion, supported by stable ROA, which reflects efficient asset utilization driven by digital banking systems. However, a gradual decline in ROE suggests increased capital expansion due to long-term investment in digital infrastructure. The study concludes that digital transformation plays a significant role in enhancing operational efficiency and sustaining profitability in the banking sector.

Abstract

Background.The SPPG Kitchen Program has been running for more than a year as an effort to meet the food needs of the beneficiary communities. Although it has shown various progress, its implementation still faces a number of obstacles that have an impact on service quality, including the suspension of around 1500 SPPG units. Aims.This research aims to analyze problems in the implementation of SPPG and formulate effective supply chain implementation strategies.Methods.The methodology used includes stakeholder mapping, food safety, and K3 knowledge gap analysis, and cause-and-effect analysis. In addition, the SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) model approach and SWOT analysis are used to deepen the evaluation of supply chain systems.Result.The results of the study show that the main problems lie in the disintegration of the supply chain, differences in stakeholder interests, and low human resource capacity. Recommended strategies include system integration, process simplification, human resource capacity building, and strengthening local ecosystems. Implementation.The implementation of this strategy is expected to improve the efficiency, stability, and quality of SPPG services.
