Abstract

ABSTRACT The 2018 Lampung Basic Health Research (RISKESDAS) report shows that the prevalence of diabetes mellitus in Lampung Province is 0.8%. Of the 14 districts/cities, Bandar Lampung itself ranks 5th as the area with the prevalence of diabetes mellitus cases in Lampung Province with a prevalence of diabetes mellitus of 0.9%. The order of prevalence above is Metro City (1.2%), South Lampung (1.1%), Pesawaran (1.0%) and Tulang Bawang (1.0%). And based on the Minimum Service Standards (SPM) report from the Bandar Lampung City Health Service in 2023, it is known that the number of DM sufferers in Bandar Lampung City is 19,100 people and the Panjang Community Health Center is the health center with the highest number of DM sufferers, namely 1,446 people with 68 prolanis participants. Is known the effect of a walking exercise program on blood glucise levels in diabetes mellitus patients at the Panjang Community Health Center, Bandar Lampung City in 2024. This type of research is quantitative research using an analytical design using a quasi-experimental approach. The research design used was a pre-test-posttest with control group design. Based on the research results, it was found that the average blood glucose levels before walking exercise therapy was 270.40 mg/dl with a standard deviation of 73.860 and after being given walking exercise it decreased with a mean of 200.60 mg/dl with a standard deviation of 64.507. The results of the bivariate test analysis using the dependent t-test obtained a p-value of 0.000. There is an influence of the walking exercise program on blood glucose levels during diabetes mellitus patients. Keywords: Diabetes Mellitus, Walking, Blood Sugar Levels  ABSTRAK Laporan hasil Riset Kesehatan Dasar (RISKESDAS) Lampung tahun 2018 menunjukan bahwa prevalensi diabetes melitus di Provinsi Lampung sebesar 0,8%. Dari 14 kabupaten/kota, Bandar Lampung sendiri menempati urutan ke-5 sebagai daerah dengan prevalensi kasus diabetes melitus di Provinsi Lampung dengan prevalensi diabetes melitus sebesar 0,9%. Urutan prevalensi di atas adalah Kota Metro (1,2%), Lampung Selatan (1,1%), Pesawaran (1,0%) dan Tulang Bawang (1,0%). Dan berdasarkan laporan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bandar Lampung tahun 2023 diketahui jumlah penderita DM di Kota Bandar Lampung sejumlah 19.100 jiwa dan Puskesmas Panjang merupakan puskesmas dengan jumlah penderita DM terbanyak yaitu sebanyak 1.446 jiwa dengan peserta prolanis sejumlah 68 orang. Diketahui pengaruh program latihan jalan kaki terhadap kadar gula darah sewaktu pada pasien diabetes melitus di Puskesmas Panjang Kota Bandar Lampung Tahun 2024. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rancangan analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan quasi eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain pre-test-posttest with control group design. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata kadar gula sebelum dilakukan terapi latihan jalan kaki adalah 270,40 mg/dl dengan standar deviation 73,860 dan setelah diberikan latihan jalan kaki mengalami penurunan dengan mean 200,60 mg/dl dengan standar deviation 64,507. Hasil analisa uji bivariat menggunakan uji t-dependen didapatkan nilai p-value 0,000. Terdapat pengaruh program latihan jalan kaki terhadap kadar gula darah sewaktu pada pasien diabetes melitus. Kata Kunci: Diabetes Melitus, Jalan Kaki, Kadar Gula Darah

Abstract

Symptoms that indicate the need for attention for the mother and fetus are known as danger signs of pregnancy. To better recognize early signs of pregnancy risks, expectant mothers should schedule regular check-ups, which can help identify potential complications. Early detection of the risk of complications during pregnancy is also influenced by the mother's knowledge. Mothers' ignorance of signs of pregnancy risk can be influenced by various factors. Apart from the level of knowledge, exposure to information about the danger signs of pregnancy can also influence the mother's knowledge regarding recognizing the danger signs of pregnancy. The aim of this activity is to increase respondents' knowledge about the danger signs of pregnancy. Socialization methods in the form of lectures and questions and answers were used in this activity using leaflets and banner stands. Activity Results: Respondents were very enthusiastic about the material presented and there were several respondents who asked questions. The conclusion of this activity is that the better a pregnant woman understands these warning signs, the more she will be aware of the risks and complications that may occur related to her pregnancy.
