<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa bagaimana penelitian tentang dampak covid-19 pada bidang bisnis diklasifikasikan beserta trendnya dan untuk mengetahui topik apa yang dapat dijadikan variabel penelitian dimasa yang akan dating. Metode penelitian adalah tinjauan pustaka dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis bibliometrik dimulai dari pendefinisian kata kunci ‘Covid-19’ dan ‘Jurnal’ pada aplikasi Publish or Perish dengan Google Scholar sebagai database. Setelah dilakukan penyempitan hasil dengan memilih topik khusus pada ‘bisnis dan manajemen’, diperoleh 32 artikel terkait untuk ditinjau dari 125 artikel hasil pencarian awal. Kemudian disusun meta data menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley, aplikasi Vosviewer digunakan untuk membuat visualisasi trend penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika klasifikasi penelitian mengenai covid-19 pada bidang bisnis dan manajemen dibagi menjadi 3 cluster dengan topik yang berpusat pada sektor bisnis yang terdampak seperti pariwisata, UMKM, dan pasar tradisional. Kinerja karyawan, pemutusan hubungan kerja, dan WFH merupakan cluster pada bidang manajemen. Penelitian ini terbatas oleh jumlah dan kurangnya variasi topik penelituan artikel yang ditinjau.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how the image of job insecurity, turnover intention, and influence of job insecurity on turnover intention in PT Sandy Globalindo. The method used in this research is a descriptive method, while the data collection techniques are interviewing and distributing questionnaires to 101 respondents who were determined by simple random sampling. Based on the research that has been done, regression equation is Y = 26 543 + 0,398X. The study states that in PT Sandy Globalindo, job insecurity and turnover intention have a positive relationship was at 0.464 and job insecurity influence turnover intention of 21,5%.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kinerja PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk. menggunakan rasio keuangan sebagai alat ukurnya. Rasio keuangan yang digunakan adalah likuiditas (current dan quick ratio), solvabilitas (DER dan debt to equity ratio), dan profitabilitas (ROI dan ROE). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian komparatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan periode 2016-2019. Analisis data menggunakan rumus yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. PGN mampu membayar utang lancarnya dengan atau tanpa memasukkan persediaan. PT. PGN memiliki aset dan modal yang dapat digunakan untuk menjamin hutangnya, nilai DAR dan DER yang diperoleh cukup tinggi sehingga adanya kemungkinan perusahaan mendapatkan profit yang berkurang karena meningkatnya biaya bunga yang harus dibayar. Laba bersih yang dapat diperoleh oleh PT. PGN sangatlah kecil jika dibandingkan dengan nilai total aktiva dan ekuitasnya sehingga perusahaan memiliki nilai ROI dan ROE berada dibawah rata-rata industri.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Solvency, Profitability, and managerial ownership on Stock Returns in non-BUMN basic and chemical industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2010-2019 period. The population in this study are basic and chemical industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. A sample of 41 companies was taken using purposive sampling technique. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis with the help of Eviews software version 9. The results showed that profitability partially had a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, solvency and managerial ownership have no effect on stock returns of non-BUMN basic and chemical industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. These results do not support the signaling theory where the disclosure of financial statements is able to provide a good signal to investors and potential investors. And the results of this study have not been able to support agency theory as a link between managerial ownership and stock returns.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kepuasan kerja dan (2) pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhada kinerja karyawan baik secara langsung maupun melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap sample tanpa random, menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan metode explanatory research serta teknik analisis data menggunakakn Analisis Jalur (Path). Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kecerdasan emosional sangat tinggi, kepuasan kerja tinggi, kinerja karyawan tinggi. Selain itu, ditemukan pula jika kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. <![CDATA[The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of the level of capital adequacy. Liquidity, and credit risk to bank profitability. The data collected is data from Regional Development Banks as a population and obtained 22 Regional Development Banks as samples and 242 observational data. Sampling through purposive sampling technique with multiple regression analysis method with the help of Eviews version 9. The results of this study indicate that partially the level of capital adequacy as proxied by Capital Adequacy Ratio and liquidity as proxied by Current Ratio has no effect on profitability as proxied using return on assets. Meanwhile, non-performing loans as credit risk have a significant effect on profitability.]]>

<![CDATA[Profitability is the company's ability to seek profit, through the ability of resources and profitability to control the size of a company to determine its assets. This study aims to determine the effect of credit risk, capital adequacy level and firm size on profitability. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods. The subjects of this study were conventional banks registered with INFOBANK15 for the period 2009-2019 with a total sample of 14 banks and 153 observational data. Statistical analysis used in this study is panel data regression. The results of the study stated that credit risk and capital adequacy level had no effect on profitability, while firm size had a significant effect on profitability.]]>

<![CDATA[AbstractThis study aims to assess the financial soundness level of Regional Development Bank of West Java and Banten (PT. Bank BJB) during the 2012-2021 period using the CAMEL method. The CAMEL method is used to assess the financial aspects of a financial institution, namely Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earnings, and Liquidity. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method, which is carried out by analyzing data from the financial report sources of PT.Bank BJB during the 2012-2021 period. The data used in this study are secondary and are analyzed using various financial analysis techniques. The study results indicate that the financial soundness of Regional Development Bank of West Java and Banten (PT. Bank BJB) during the 2012-2021 period can be stated to be very healthy. This can be the basis for managers to predict the bank's financial condition in the future and take appropriate policies to improve the bank's financial performance. This research has an essential meaning because the level of the financial health of a financial institution can reflect how the bank implements its economic policies.Keywords: Assets, Capital, Earnings, Liquidity, Management]]>
