Abstract

Cybercrime in Indonesia is influenced by complex factors such as technological advancement, anonymity, lack of security awareness, inequality of technological development, financial reasons, and low law enforcement capacity. The legal regulation of cybercrime is based on the current legal sources both in the Criminal Code and laws outside the Criminal Code. Some categories of cybercrime cases handled in the Electronic Information and Transaction Law include illegal contents, illegal access, illegal interception, data leakage and espionage, system interference, misuse of devices, and data interference. Cybercrime is a criminal offence that uses computers and the internet as a means. Legal reform in handling cybercrime must be carried out with a policy approach that contains value considerations. Criminal law reform in overcoming information technology crimes must be oriented towards a value approach. Cybercrime is a crime that uses computers or computer networks as the main tool. In Indonesia, there is no specific legal definition for cybercrime. Cybercrime can be in the form of unauthorised access, illegal contents, data leakage, trojan horses, and others.

Abstract

Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pola tafsir maqâṣid merupakan penafsiran yang berlandaskan penafsiran moderat dengan pijakan utamanya adalah tujuan Al-Qur’an dan syariat dengan berlandaskan pada lima langkah, yaitu: 1) Identifikasi Ayat. Tahap ini menggambarkan tiga fitur; holistik, interrelasi hierarki, dan kebermaksudan; 2) Identifikasi Makna. Tahap ini, menelusuri makna ayat primer, yang bertujuan memperoleh spirit ayatnya; 3) Eksplorasi Maqāșidasy-Sharî‘ah. Tahap ini menjadi ciri khas pendekatan Maqāșid asy-Shari’ah dalam menafsirkan Al-Qur’an, karena maqâṣid al-Shari’ahal-khâssah bakal digunakan sebagai wawasan penghubung dua konteks yang diambil dari ayat sekunder; 4) Kontekstualisasi Ayat. Proses ini mengacu kepada Maqāșid asy-Shari’ah yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan eksplorasi; 5) Penarikan Kesimpulan. Studi literatur ini mempertegas bahwa pola tafsir maqasidi juga mengacu pada komponen-komponen yang harus ada dalam dunia tafsir Al-Qur’an, yaitu 1) Penjelasan; 2) Maksud firman Tuhan; 3) Sesuai kemampuan manusia. Abstract

This research aims to analyze Sayyid Qutub's Thought and Tafsir Fî Zhilâl Al-Qur'an in the Discipline of Tafsir Science. The research used in this study is library research which is descriptive-analytic in nature. This research model is qualitative research. The method used in this research also uses thematic method. Based on the results of the study, the writing of Tafsir fi Zilal al-Qur'an was motivated by the social and political circumstances experienced by Sayyid Qutub in his time. Sayyid Qutub lived in a period when the Arab and Islamic worlds were undergoing significant changes, including modernization, colonialization, and political movements. Sayyid Qutb critically looked at the condition of Muslims and tried to interpret the Qur'anic messages in the context of modern times. He sought to revive the spirit of pure Islam and fight for social justice based on the teachings of the Qur'an. Fî Zhîlâl al-Qur`ân is Sayyid Qutub's attempt to convey a deep understanding of the Qur'an to Muslims, as well as inviting them to think critically about the social and political realities they face. Through this tafsir, Sayyid Qutub also wants to inspire Muslims to move in the struggle towards a more just society based on Islamic values.

Abstract

Digitalisasi pendidikan menuntut sistem presensi yang cepat, akurat, dan transparan. SMA Muhammadiyah Al Kautsar PK Kartasura telah memiliki sistem presensi otomatis, namun belum optimal karena keterbatasan koneksi, perangkat, dan belum adanya notifikasi real-time bagi orang tua. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem presensi berbasis Android yang terintegrasi dengan notifikasi real-time dan dashboard web, serta meningkatkan kapasitas SDM sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, monitoring, dan evaluasi. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan PHP–Laravel, Flutter, dan Firebase. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat berfungsi dengan baik dalam proses pencatatan presensi dan pengiriman notifikasi keterlambatan. Respons awal dari guru, admin, dan orang tua menunjukkan penerimaan yang positif, meskipun evaluasi yang dilakukan masih bersifat kualitatif dan observasional. Temuan awal ini mengindikasikan peningkatan efisiensi proses presensi dan transparansi komunikasi sekolah dan orang tua, walaupun pengukuran kuantitatif lebih lanjut masih diperlukan untuk menilai dampak secara lebih komprehensif. Android-based Automatic Attendance System with Real-Time Notification Integration to Parents Abstract The digitalization of education demands a fast, accurate, and transparent attendance system. Muhammadiyah Al Kautsar PK Kartasura High School already has an automated attendance system, but it is not yet optimal due to limited connectivity, devices, and the lack of real-time notifications for parents. This community service activity aims to develop an Android-based attendance system integrated with real-time notifications and a web dashboard, as well as to improve the school's human resource capacity. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) with stages of preparation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The system was developed using PHP–Laravel, Flutter, and Firebase. The implementation results show a fast attendance process and successful late notifications are automatically sent to parents' WhatsApp. The web dashboard facilitates daily and monthly data recaps. This system has been proven to increase the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of student attendance management and supports the implementation of inclusive and sustainable educational technology.
