Abstract

This study presents a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on the transformation of organizational behavior in the era of digitalization and sustainability within higher education institutions. Using an SLR approach and systematic searches across academic databases such as Scopus, Google Scholar, and ScienceDirect, ten relevant national and international articles were identified and thematically analyzed. The aim of this review is to explore trends, driving factors, and practical implications of digitalization and sustainability practices on organizational behavior in higher education settings. The findings highlight four interrelated dominant themes: (1) digital leadership that drives organizational culture transformation; (2) adaptive organizational culture that supports innovation and continuous learning; (3) green innovation and green campus initiatives as tangible forms of sustainability; and (4) human resource readiness through enhanced digital literacy. The study emphasizes the importance of integrating digital and sustainability-oriented policies into institutional strategies to foster adaptive, collaborative, innovative, and long-term sustainable organizational behavior within higher education.

Abstract

SINERGI UPI is a dynamic archive management system at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). The use of SINERGI within UPI needs to be pursued for optimal management of dynamic archives. One thing that needs to be considered is the user satisfaction component to create a good impression for the academic community as SINERGI users. This research was conducted to analyze SINERGI from the aspect of user satisfaction. The research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. The survey was conducted among study program staff within the Faculty of Educational Sciences UPI who actively use SINERGI, namely thirteen people. The data analysis technique uses Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). The research results illustrate that all indicators fall into quadrant II: Keep up the good work. This shows that the SINERGI user satisfaction of the FIP UPI academic community is satisfied with the SINERGI facilities, and it is hoped that it will be even better in the future. However, there are hopes and suggestions for improvements for the future development of the SINERGI website, namely in the menu bar and notifications. Some staff expect an additional menu, namely notifications sent via email or WhatsApp. This is to make it easier when there is an incoming letter notification so that the staff can respond immediately. There is also another proposal in the form of a follow-up workshop related to using SINERGI at a higher level.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically map the literature on "employee voice" through a bibliometric analysis. Research data were collected from 1,157 articles in the Scopus database, focusing on publications between 1982 and 2024. Using VOSviewer software, the study identifies intellectual structures, key themes, and emerging research trends. Findings show a significant growth in publications, with the United States, China, and the United Kingdom leading in contributions. Key journals such as the International Journal of Human Resource Management and Frontiers in Psychology are pivotal in shaping the field. Dominant themes include employee voice behavior, leader-member exchange, workplace conditions, and the growing role of digitalization, particularly post-COVID-19. Co-authorship and keyword analyses reveal increasing interdisciplinary collaboration and a global research network. The study highlights gaps in research related to cultural differences, digital transformation, and post-pandemic organizational dynamics. It emphasizes the need for future studies to foster cross-disciplinary and international collaborations to advance theoretical frameworks and practical applications. Overall, this bibliometric mapping provides comprehensive insights into the evolution and current state of employee voice research
