Abstract

IndonesiaOne of factors which become a big contributor to the maternal mortality rate is infection. Infection in during childbirth is morbidity and mortality to postpartum mother. The biggest infection contribution of postpartum caused perineum wound that don’t well groomed. The use of antiseptic solution is recommended to help healing of perineum wound, and one of material which has antiseptic content is betel leaf.To know the influence of boiled water betel leaf to the perineum wound healing to the postpartum mother in Sariningsih hospital. This research used quasi-experiment with post-test only control group design. The number of sample here is 30 postpartum mothers, which 15 samples as treatment class and 15 samples more as control class. Technique of taking sample is consecutive sampling. Instrument that is used is observation checklist. It is to observe long healing of perineum wound. The data analysis use Mann Whiteney U test. Healing of perineum wound for 5 days more to 15 people in treatment class, 4 people in control class, than to the healing of perineum wound for less than 5 days happened in control class as much as 13 people. Score p value 0.000.There are influences of boiled water betel leaf to the long healing of perineum wound to postpartum mother. This research can be consideration in giving information about the use of boiled water betel leaf to the patient at home.

Abstract

Human anxiety about life leads to a prayer ritual for religious people. Praying is considered an effective way to realize dreams, but there is also an assumption that it is unreasonable. The purpose of this study is to present a perspective on prayer. The research methodology uses literature studies to support the achievement of research objectives. The results of the study are that prayer is not a shortcut to solving problems that require mastery of all relevant facts. Someone who prays only with the aim of using God to solve their own problems, means violating the basic principles of all social and moral relationships. Prayer has a great influence on humans psychologically, such as being able to calm, soothe and convince themselves of the life choices that have been decided to be lived. The essence of prayer is an extension of togetherness and community concern.

Abstract

Communication is a very important indicator in facilitating health services by midwives, so ethics in communication really need to be considered. The purpose of this study is to describe the communication ethics of midwives in the perspective of public space which is expected to provide benefits and knowledge to the community, especially various parties with an interest in midwives. Literature study is the method used in this research. In the perspective of public space, midwife communication ethics can be understood as a way of communicating midwives as health workers with clients to convey the purpose of health services through dialogue in order to obtain mutual agreements that do not harm clients and do not violate the midwife code of ethics. In this case, the public space is seen as a place where clients and midwives can discuss any concerns. In public space, birth attendants and clients can communicate opinions or conclusions openly and transparently. Moral correspondence in the public sphere can talk about whatever is desired and when all feelings have been expressed, then at that time it will lead to a certain choice, which is the best health service.

Abstract

A couple's journey into married life begins with marriage. Marriage, unlike celibacy, requires mutual understanding for the rest of one's life. The reality is that not every marriage is successful. There are different elements that can make strife and even lead detachment or separation. Separate from that happens in homegrown life is something that two or three needs to keep away from. From a Buddhist perspective, this article aims to educate readers on how to live a happy home life until death do us part. This qualitative study employs the literature review method. As a result, the advice in this article is very basic and can help any couple have a happy home life. Marriage is a cheerful life decision joined by responsibility and obligation of both a couple. In order to achieve harmony, creating a happy home requires adequate insight and comprehension.

Abstract

Communication serves as a crucial determinant in the provision of health services by midwives, thus necessitating careful consideration of ethical standards in communication. This study aims to elucidate the communication ethics of midwives from the perspective of public space, intending to offer advantages and knowledge to the community, particularly to stakeholders invested in midwifery. This research employs a literature study methodology. From the standpoint of public space, the ethics of midwife communication can be defined as a method of interaction between midwives and clients aimed at articulating the objectives of health services through dialogue, thereby achieving mutual agreements that safeguard clients and adhere to the midwife code of ethics. The public space serves as a venue for clients and midwives to address any problems. In public spaces, birth attendants and clients can express thoughts or findings openly and honestly. Moral discourse in the public domain can encompass any topic, and once all sentiments have been articulated, it will culminate in a decision regarding the optimal health service.
