Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), population, exchange rates, and interest rates on tax revenue in North Sumatra Province. This study uses secondary data with a panel data type, namely a combination of time series and cross-sectional data. The time series data covers the period 2015 to 2020, while the cross-sectional data covers 11 working areas of the Directorate General of Taxes in North Sumatra Province. Using EViews 11 software, the results show that simultaneously, GRDP, population, exchange rates, and interest rates influence tax revenue in North Sumatra Province. Partially, GRDP has a positive and significant effect, population has a positive but insignificant effect, exchange rates have a negative and significant effect, and interest rates have a positive but insignificant effect on tax revenue in North Sumatra Province.

Abstract

The success of the KB program is greatly influenced by the effectiveness of service management at the level of basic health facilities such as Community Health Centers. Serdang Bedagai consists of 20 Community Health Centers spread across 17 Districts. Based on data from the Family Information System (SIGA) of the BKKBN Serdang Bedagai, Tebing Tinggi is one of the areas with a fairly high number of active KB acceptors. This study aims to determine the implementation of KB service management in increasing the participation of KB acceptors in the Puskesmas. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the planning of KB services at the Paya Lombang Community Health Center, Tebing Tinggi District, Serdang Bedagai is carried out based on data from fertile couples, implementation is carried out in an integrated manner through fixed and mobile services, and evaluations are carried out periodically. The implementation of good management has been proven to be able to increase the number of active acceptors and new acceptors. It is concluded that the implementation of effective KB service management contributes positively to increasing community participation in the KB program. It is recommended that Community Health Centers continue to improve the capacity of their staff, expand outreach, and ensure the availability of contraceptives.

Abstract

Perkembangan digitalisasi di sektor perbankan menuntut lulusan sekolah menengah kejuruan memiliki kompetensi dalam penggunaan aplikasi administrasi perbankan berbasis digital, salah satunya Cash Management System (CMS). Namun, sebagian besar siswa SMK Bina Satria Medan belum memperoleh pembelajaran praktis mengenai penggunaan CMS sebagai salah satu layanan perbankan digital. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa mengenai konsep, fitur, serta penerapan CMS dalam aktivitas administrasi perbankan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyampaian materi, demonstrasi penggunaan CMS, praktik langsung, diskusi, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Kegiatan diikuti oleh siswa SMK Bina Satria Medan yang menunjukkan partisipasi aktif selama pelaksanaan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap fungsi CMS, proses transaksi digital, dan pentingnya keamanan dalam penggunaan layanan perbankan elektronik. Selain itu, peserta mampu mengoperasikan fitur-fitur dasar CMS melalui simulasi yang diberikan. Dengan demikian, kegiatan edukasi ini berhasil meningkatkan literasi administrasi digital perbankan dan menjadi bekal awal bagi siswa dalam menghadapi kebutuhan kompetensi di dunia kerja.
