Abstract

Digital education transformation is an inevitability that cannot be avoided in the current era of technological disruption. The role of teachers as the vanguard in the education process is becoming increasingly crucial in responding to this change. This study aims to analyze teacher readiness in facing digital education transformation through a literature review approach. This study examines various scientific literature, articles, and previous research reports that discuss aspects of teacher digital competence, attitudes towards technology, institutional support, and obstacles faced in the digital adaptation process. The results of the study show that teacher readiness is greatly influenced by factors of experience, information and communication technology training, access to digital infrastructure, and supportive education policies. Although some teachers show enthusiasm and willingness to adapt, there are also significant challenges such as limited access to technology, low digital literacy, and lack of ongoing support from educational institutions. This study recommends the need for a strategy for continuous professional development, provision of equitable technology facilities, and the formation of a digital culture in the school environment as an effort to improve teacher readiness in facing the digital education era.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the main pillars of character education implemented by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), specifically through the methods of exemplary behavior, dialogue, and habituation. Using a literature study approach to primary and secondary sources, this study explores how the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) shaped the character of his companions and followers comprehensively and sustainably. The exemplary behavior method provides a strong foundation for the internalization of moral values, as the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) not only conveyed teachings verbally but also presented them in consistent, concrete behavior. Dialogue is used as an interactive tool that fosters awareness, understanding, and self-confidence in the learning process, while habituation serves as a medium for character formation through repeated practice oriented toward noble Islamic values. The study results indicate that the Prophet Muhammad's approach to character education is highly relevant for application in the context of modern education, emphasizing the affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects holistically. This study recommends the integration of exemplary behavior, dialogue, and habituation values into the education system as an effort to shape a generation with strong character and noble morals.

Abstract

The transformation of education toward a digital ecosystem has brought significant changes to the dynamics of learning, social interactions, and emotional well-being of students. In this context, emotional intelligence is a crucial factor in determining academic success, especially amidst the increasing reliance on distance learning technology. This study, titled "Emotional Intelligence and Academic Success: Rethinking Socio-Emotional Learning in Digital Classrooms," uses a literature review method to analyze the relationship between emotional intelligence, socio-emotional learning (SEL), and academic success in a digital environment. Through the exploration and analysis of various current academic sources, this study found that emotional intelligence plays a crucial role in developing students' self-regulation, empathy, and collaboration skills, which directly impact learning outcomes. Social-emotional learning integrated into digital classrooms has been shown to create a balance between cognitive and affective aspects, thus supporting both academic achievement and student psychological well-being. The study's findings also emphasize the need for a humanistic and reflective pedagogical approach in digital learning design, so that students not only develop intellectually but also develop emotional intelligence adaptive to the challenges of the digital era.
