Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the scope of educational management with a focus on the relationship between the organization, administration, and management of education. These three components are considered the main pillars in managing an effective and efficient education system. The research method used is a literature study. The results of the study indicate that the organization, administration, and management of education have a close relationship and influence each other in the process of managing education. The organization acts as a fundamental structure that provides a framework for the implementation of educational activities, while the administration is responsible for the arrangement and coordination of operational processes within the organization. Educational management focuses on strategic planning, decision making, and control to ensure the achievement of educational goals optimally. The organization, administration, and management of education are three main pillars that cannot be separated in achieving educational goals. Each pillar has a specific role and function that complements and supports each other. Without good synergy between the three, the education system will not be able to function optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relevance of traditional economic growth models in the context of artificial intelligence-driven productivity gains. The rapid development of AI has triggered significant changes in the structure of production, distribution, and consumption, raising questions about whether classical theoretical frameworks such as the Solow growth model, endogenous theory, and human capital-based models are still capable of explaining modern growth dynamics. Using a literature review, this study examines recent empirical and theoretical findings related to AI's contribution to productivity, its impact on labor markets, and its implications for income distribution. The analysis shows that AI introduces a new factor of production, "algorithmic capital," characterized by high scalability and low marginal costs, potentially shifting the fundamental assumptions of conventional growth models. Furthermore, the disruptive nature of AI has the potential to create wider productivity gaps between countries and industries, not fully captured by traditional models. The study concludes that while classical growth models remain relevant as a foundation for analysis, adaptations to the theoretical framework are needed to integrate the role of AI technology as a key determinant of 21st-century productivity. The study also recommends the development of a hybrid growth model capable of capturing the dynamics of exponential technology and the more asymmetric distribution of benefits.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of neuromarketing in understanding the formation of brand loyalty among Generation Z consumers. This generation has unique characteristics, such as a strong attachment to digital technology, a preference for authentic experiences, and a tendency to connect emotionally with brands. Using a literature review method, this study examines the results of previous studies that focused on the application of neuroscience in marketing, specifically in uncovering how visual, emotional, and cognitive stimuli influence Gen Z consumer behavior. The results show that brand loyalty among Gen Z is built not only through product quality and price, but also through emotional resonance, social values, and immersive digital experiences. Neuromarketing, through techniques such as eye-tracking, brainwave analysis, and physiological response measurement, can provide a more accurate understanding of consumers' subconscious preferences that are often not revealed through traditional survey methods. This study confirms that integrating neuromarketing insights with branding strategies can be key to building long-term relationships between brands and Gen Z consumers.

Abstract

Economic uncertainty driven by global crises, regulatory changes, and market volatility has intensified the complexity of managerial decision-making, particularly in relation to tax compliance behavior. This study aims to examine how managers make tax-related decisions in uncertain economic environments by adopting a behavioral tax compliance perspective. Using a literature review methodology, this research systematically analyzes and synthesizes findings from prior empirical and theoretical studies in the fields of behavioral economics, taxation, and managerial decision-making. The review highlights that managerial tax compliance is not solely determined by economic rationality, but is significantly influenced by behavioral factors such as risk perception, moral norms, trust in tax authorities, cognitive biases, and social influences. Furthermore, uncertainty amplifies the role of heuristics and subjective judgment, leading managers to balance compliance considerations with survival strategies and organizational performance objectives. The findings suggest that behavioral dimensions play a critical role in shaping tax compliance decisions under uncertainty, challenging traditional deterrence-based tax models. This study contributes to the literature by integrating managerial decision-making theory with behavioral tax compliance, offering a more comprehensive framework for understanding tax behavior in uncertain economic contexts. The results also provide practical implications for policymakers in designing adaptive and behaviorally informed tax regulations that encourage voluntary compliance during periods of economic instability.

Abstract

In the digital era, technology plays a vital role in increasing global accessibility in various fields, especially in education. This study analyzes the influence of technological trends, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and virtual reality, in creating a more inclusive and accessible learning system for various groups. The results of the study show that technology is able to overcome geographical, economic, and social barriers in education, providing opportunities for individuals from various backgrounds to access learning materials more flexibly. In addition, technology also increases the effectiveness of learning by providing a more interactive and personalized experience according to user needs. Thus, the use of technology in learning not only expands access but also improves the quality of education globally.
