Abstract

The lives of fishing communities in Indonesia who live in coastal areas are synonymous with low welfare (poverty) and backwardness. In this case, the fishing community has its own social characteristics which are very different from other community groups, especially the fishing community on the coast of Tulehu State, Central Maluku Regency, where the majority of the population makes their living as fishermen. This research aims to find out 1). How is Empowerment carried out by the Tuna Abadi fishermen group in Tulehu Country 2). What is the level of welfare of Tuna Abadi fishing families in Tulehu Country. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation. Qualitative data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that 1). Efforts made by the "Tuna Abadi" fishermen group to empower the fishing community in Tulehu Village include training on fishing procedures, procurement of fishing equipment such as boats and fishing lines, as well as strengthening in the areas of catch management, cooperative budget management and maintaining distribution channels for marketing the catch. 2). The empowerment carried out by the Tuna Abadi fishermen group for the community and its members has had an impact on reducing the number of unemployed and increasing the economic welfare of the people. This is proven by the average fishing catch which has increased to 1-2 tons of fish per one trip to the sea

Abstract

This research aims to find out the marketing strategies used by Mangambang agro-tourism owners in increasing sales volume. The type of research conducted is using a qualitative descriptive approach. The types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis used in this research consists of several stages, namely data reduction and presentation stages and the conclusion drawing stage. The results of this research are: 1) Products in mini markets that provide snacks and fishing equipment, then cafes and restaurants that provide food and beverage menus. Price, the price set follows the standard method by adding a certain percentage of the base price of distributors and raw materials. Then Place (distribution channel), the distribution channel used by Mangambang 575 agrotourism is on the main road of Marannu village, access to this place is quite easy because the distance is only about 900 metres from the Maros-Pangkep axis road. next Promotion, Mangambang 575 uses offline and online promotions to market its products. Offline applies a special strategy where information about the products in Mangambang 575 is spread from customer to customer. This means that customers who are satisfied with Mangambang 575's service and menus will provide information about the product to others. Through online, by providing information and reviews of consumers and visitors on social media. 2) Mangambang 575's sales volume has decreased, sales turnover in 2020-2022 for sales per day reached IDR 8,000,000. But in contrast to the years 2023-2024, the sales turnover per day experienced a significant decline, only in the range of 1,500,000-3,000,000 rupiah. The decrease in turnover was caused by increasingly fierce price competition and the increasing number of tours or agro-tourism. However, from the strategies that have been implemented, Mangambang 575 has been able to restore high sales turnover even though it is not the same as the sales turnover in the past few years.

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka adalah pendekatan pembelajaran yang memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk menunjukkan kemampuan alami mereka dalam lingkungan yang tenang, santai dan menyenangkan. Tujuan program ini adalah untuk membantu semua institusi pendidikan menghasilkan generasi pelajar yang berkepribadian sebagai siswa Pancasila sepanjang hayat. Kurikulum merdeka diawali kemendikbudristek yang melakukan penyederhanaan kurikulum untuk megejar ketertinggalan pembelajaran pada masa pandemi.Tantangan guru menjadi perhatian khusus dalam kebijakan kurikulum baru ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi, instrument penelitian adalah peneliti sendiri dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun untuk memperoleh keakuratan data peneliti melakukan pengujian keabsahan data dengan teknik triangulasi sumber, triangulasi waktu. Triangulasi teknik untuk menguji kredibilitas data yang dilakukan dengan cara mengecek data kepada sumber yang sama dengan teknik yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru UPTD SDN 4 Amarang, Kecamatan Tanralili, Kabupaten Maros, menghadapi tantangan dalam menerapkan kurikulum merdeka. Tantangan yang dihadapi oleh para guru UPTD SDN 4 Amarang, Kecamatan Tanralili, Kabupaten Maros yaitu, Guru mengalami hambatan dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka, beban ganda guru dengan adanya Platform Merdeka Mengajar(PMM), adanya panen hasil setiap akhir proses melalui kegiatan pelaksanaan Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). Adapun upaya yang dilakukan guru menghadapi tantangan dalam menerapkan kurikulum merdeka yaitu dengan pembiasaan, pembelajaran teman sebaya, dan mengikuti workshop terkait kurikulum merdeka.
