Abstract

This study focuses on the identification and resolution of Factors Affecting Employee Job Satisfaction (Salary, Working Conditions, Co-workers) of Bayan Police, Purworejo Police. The researcher distributed questionnaires to 24 employees of Bayan Police, Purworejo Police. As respondents in this study using the Likert scale formula as a sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this study used 3 variables, namely salary, working conditions and co-workers. The results of the study showed that respondents agreed that when viewed from the salary variable, it stated that Bayan Police employees, Purworejo Police agreed with the salary according to rank and position. The working conditions variable had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of Bayan Police employees, Purworejo Police, which was proven by respondents agreeing that when viewed from the working conditions variable, it stated that Bayan Police employees, Purworejo Police agreed with safe working conditions, free from danger and clean. Respondents were neutral that when viewed from the co- workers variable, it stated that Bayan Police employees, Purworejo Police were neutral, which means they have an attitude of impartiality between one member and another, willing to help me when facing difficulties.

Abstract

The "MASTER" academic information system currently exhibits critical limitations in user experience. Heuristic evaluation identified major issues in consistency, standards, and recognition rather than recall (severity 4), causing high cognitive load and disorientation due to a flat-list navigation structure. This research aims to redesign the interface using the User-Centered Design (UCD) approach based on ISO 9241-210. Design solutions were developed to address user needs for structured navigation, task-hierarchy menu grouping, and quick access to the Semester Learning Plan (RPS) module. These solutions applied principles of visual hierarchy and the separation of academic and administrative functions. A subsequent evaluation using the SUPR-Q instrument with 30 respondents showed significant improvements in Loyalty (+1.20), Appearance (+0.72), and Trust (+0.70), achieving a 96.67% user preference rate for the new design. Although there was a slight decrease in usability (-0.06) indicating a temporary user adaptation period, findings demonstrate that the UCD application effectively reduces cognitive load, increases navigation efficiency, and enhances the overall user experience quality.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the e-commerce ecosystem has introduced complex cybersecurity threats, particularly account takeovers and transaction fraud. Traditional static authentication and fragmented security modules are no longer sufficient to mitigate these dynamic risks. This research aims to design, implement, and evaluate an integrated security architecture that combines adaptive Risk-Based Authentication with a real-time Order Risk Engine. Utilizing an experimental approach within the Secure Software Development Life Cycle framework, a server-side rendered prototype was developed and subjected to synthetic anomaly injections in an isolated local testbed. The system evaluates operational contexts, such as unfamiliar IP addresses, bruteforce attempts, and abnormal order velocities, using a deterministic scoring mechanism to trigger automated interventions ranging from multi-factor authentication challenges to absolute access blocks. The empirical findings demonstrate that the proposed end-to-end risk scoring engine achieved a zero percent false-positive rate for legitimate users while successfully mitigating all simulated critical threats and account takeover attempts. Furthermore, the integration of stateless session management maintained an exceptionally low computational latency, ensuring a seamless user experience. These results imply that a unified risk-scoring model provides a highly effective, autonomous, and scalable blueprint for securing modern e-commerce platforms against multi-layered exploitations.
