The absence of a parcel map in Selodoko Village has constrained the preparation of a parcel-based Detailed Spatial Plan (RDTR) for Ampel Subdistrict and has limited village-level land administration. This study aims to describe the process of developing a parcel map in Selodoko Village and to formulate acceleration strategies through multi-source land data integration. A qualitative descriptive method was applied through observation, structured interviews, document analysis, spatial data integration, and descriptive SWOT analysis. The data consisted of downloaded parcel data from the land office, copies of land certificates or survey documents, Land and Building Tax Assessment List data, administrative maps, and supporting aerial imagery. The result shows that the final parcel map contains 2,333 parcels, developed by integrating 2,066 downloaded parcels, 1,731 certificate or survey document copies, and 2,131 tax objects from the DHKP PBB dataset. The process identified overlapping parcels, incomplete certificate copies, outdated ownership attributes, and limited spatial accuracy of tax data. The proposed acceleration strategy includes GIS-based multi-source integration, participatory field verification, periodic spatial audits, technical standard operating procedures, and capacity building for mapping personnel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembuatan peta persil Desa Selodoko dan merumuskan strategi percepatan pembuatannya melalui integrasi data pertanahan multisumber. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara terstruktur, studi dokumen, integrasi data spasial, dan analisis SWOT deskriptif. Data yang digunakan meliputi data unduh persil dari kantor pertanahan, salinan sertipikat atau surat ukur, data Daftar Himpunan Ketetapan Pembayaran Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (DHKP PBB), peta administrasi, dan foto udara pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peta persil akhir Desa Selodoko mencakup 2.333 bidang tanah. Peta tersebut dibangun melalui integrasi 2.066 bidang data unduh persil, 1.731 salinan sertipikat atau surat ukur, dan 2.131 objek pajak dari data DHKP PBB. Proses integrasi masih menghadapi kendala berupa tumpang tindih bidang, ketidaklengkapan dokumen sertipikat, atribut kepemilikan yang belum mutakhir, dan keterbatasan akurasi spasial data pajak. Strategi percepatan yang diusulkan meliputi integrasi multidata berbasis GIS, verifikasi lapangan partisipatif, audit spasial berkala, penyusunan SOP teknis, dan peningkatan kapasitas SDM pemetaan.
