Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa adanya perbedaan persepsi mengenai Leader Member Exchange pada Kampoeng Roti dilihat dari dua sudut pandang. Leader Member Exchange terdiri dari aspek afeksi, loyalitas, kontribusi, dan penghormatan profesional. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan one way Anova. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan, terdapat perbedaan persepsi mengenai kualitas hubungan Leader Member Exchange dilihat dari sudut pandang karyawan dan sudut pandang pemimpin. Perbedaan terletak pada aspek loyalitas. This research was conducted to analyze thedifference perception about Leader Member Exchange in Kampoeng Roti, from 2 points of view. Research methods that are used are descriptive quantitative and one way Anova. The result showed that there is a different perception about the Leader Member Exchange relationship quality from the employee’s point of view and leader’s point of view. The difference is found on loyalty aspect.
