<![CDATA[ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh sertifikasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat Tahun 2017. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode ex-post facto. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat yang berjumlah 234. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 72 guru yang diambil dengan teknik strata random sampling. Hasil penelitian adalah: 1) terdapat pengaruh sertifikasi sebesar 11,5% terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat, 2) terdapat pengaruh kepuasan kerja sebesar 11,1% terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat, 3) terdapat pengaruh sertifikasi dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama sebesar 23,2% terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya sertifikasi dan meningkatnya kepuasan kerja guru, maka kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat juga semakin meningkat.Kata Kunci: Sertifikasi, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Kinerja Guru SD. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of certification and job satisfaction to the performance of elementary school teacher at Gunungsari district, West Lombok regency of 2017. This research is a quantitative research with ex-post facto method. The population of this research is all elementary school teachers in Gunungsari district, West Lombok regency which amounted to 234. The sample of this research is 72 teachers taken with strata random sampling technique. The result of research are: 1) there is influence of certification equal to 11,5% to the performance of elementary school teacher at Gunungsari district, West Lombok Regency; 2) there is influence of job satisfaction equal to 11,1% to performance of elementary school teacher at Gunungsari district, West Lombok regency, 3) There is influence of certification and job satisfaction together equal to 23,2% to performance of elementary school teacher at Gunungsari district West Lombok regency.
