Abstrak Artikel ini melaporkan hasil pengembangan sistem yang memanfaatkan peralatan secara minimal namun ramah pemakaian, dengan mengeksplorasi kemampuan layar-sentuh. Sebagai obyek penelitian adalah katalog galeri batik yang melibatkan baik data citra maupun tekstual. Pengembangan mengadopsi model proses prototip, bahasa pemrograman Java dan basisdata SQL. Kalibrasi layar-sentuh dilakukan pada panel multi-lokasi. Sistem katalog sudah berhasil dikembangkan dan telah dimplementasikan sesuai tujuan pengembangannya. Kata kunci: layar sentuh, kalibrasi, batik Abstract This article demonstrated the development of a system that required minimal equipment but friendly usage, by exploring touch-screen capabilities. As the object of study is a catalog of batik gallery involving both textual and images data. The system was developed by adopting a prototype process model, the Java programming language and a SQL database. Touch-screen calibration was done in a multi-location panels.
