Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of task complexity and locus of control on employee performance and its impact on the performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Meulaboh. The result showed that there is a causal relationship between the complexity of the task and the locus of control in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Meulaboh.
