Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know: (1) influence of emotional intelligence to organizational citizenship behavior of employee (2) influence organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior of employee, (3) influence of job satisfaction to organizational citizenship behavior employee (4) influence of emotional intelligence to employee performance (5) the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, (6) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, (7) influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior of employees, (8) influence of organizational commitment to employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior employee, (9) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance through employee organizational citizenship behavior. This research was conducted at the Secretariat of the Korpri Aceh Executive Board. As for the object of this research is emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior and organizational performance. The results show that emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, OCB and employee performance has been running well. The test results proved that emotional intelligence affects employees OCB, organizational commitment affect the OCB employees, job satisfaction affect OCB employees, emotional intelligence affect on employee performance, organizational commitment also give effect to employee performance, job satisfaction given also affects employee performance and OCB employees have a positive and significant impact on employee performance and there is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance through OCB employees.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to know (1) condition of work facility, work discipline, compensation, motivation, work performance of employee, (2) influence of work facility to employee work motivation, (3) influence of work discipline to employee work motivation (6) the influence of work discipline on work performance of employees, (7) the effect of compensation on employee performance, (8) the influence of work motivation on employee performance, (9) indirect influence of work facilities, work discipline, compensation for employee performance through employee work motivation. This research was conducted at Agency Personnel of Education and Training of Aceh Province with object of research of work facility, work discipline, compensation, motivation and work achievement of employees with the number of respondents as many as 155 people. The results of this study indicate that the results of the descriptive test indicate that work facilities, work discipline, compensation, work motivation and work performance of BKPP Aceh employees have been running well, the research results prove that work facilities, work discipline and compensation have positive and significant impact on work motivation . Then the results of the study also proved that work facilities, work discipline and compensation have a positive and significant impact on work performance. The result of research also proves that work motivation have positive and significant effect to employee performance, then there is indirect influence of work facility, work discipline, compensation to employee performance through employee work motivation..Keywords   Working Facilities, Work Discipline, Compensation, Motivation, and Employee Job PerformanceAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) keadaan fasilitas kerja, disiplin kerja, kompensasi, motivasi, prestasi kerja pegawai, (2) pengaruh fasilitas kerja terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai, (3) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai (4) pengaruh kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai (5) pengaruh fasilitas kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, (6) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, (7) pengaruh kompensasi terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, (8) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, (9) pengaruh tidak langsung fasilitas kerja, disiplin kerja, kompensasi terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Badan Kepegawaian Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Provinsi Aceh dengan objek penelitian fasilitas kerja, disiplin kerja, kompensasi, motivasi dan prestasi kerja pegawai dengan jumlah responden penelitian sebanyak 155 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahwa hasil uji deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas kerja, disiplin kerja, kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan prestasi kerja pegawai  BKPP Aceh sudah berjalan dengan baik, hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa fasilitas kerja, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Kemudian hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa fasilitas kerja, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, kemudian terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung fasilitas kerja, disiplin kerja, kompensasi terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja pegawainya.Kata kunci :      Fasilitas Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi, Motivasi, dan Prestasi Kerja Pegawai

Abstract

Social Security Agency (BPJS) Employment is one of the responsibilities and obligations of the State to provide social and economic protection to the public, in accordance with the conditions of the financial capabilities of the State. Program promotion is the primary channel for communicating a message to the participants, both existing participants and potential participants. This requires the parties to observe the Employment BPJS marketing strategies are most appropriate. The phenomenon underlying this study is due to the dissatisfaction of consumers or participants BPJS Employment services are still relatively low or participant is not satisfied. This is due to the incompatibility of the high expectations of customers to use services BPJS Employment Branch Medan Belawan. The population in this study were all participants Social Security Agency (BPJS) Employment Branch of Belawan, which reached 82,000 people. While the study sample was taken 150 participants. Sampling in this study conducted by convinience sampling technique. Data Analysis Method technique SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) operated by AMOS program 22. Results showed Promotion Mix, Brand Reputation, Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) partially affect the Customer Satisfaction Social Security Agency (BPJS) Employment. The results also show that there is an indirect effect on the Promotion Mix Brand Reputation and also to Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) at the Social Security Agency (BPJS) Employment

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of task complexity and locus of control on employee performance and its impact on the performance of PT. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational discipline and commitment as well as its impact on the Performance of the Education and Training Center Students of the Shipping Sciences (BP2IP) Malahayati Aceh. Population in this research is all employees at Education and Training Center of Sailing Science (BP2IP) Malahayati Aceh that is 115 people. Sampling in this study using census method because it involves the entire population to respondents research. Data analysis technique used in this research is The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of statistical software package AMOS 22.0 for hypothesis testing. Proof of Hypothesis is done by using indicator of CR and P value. Because of the 5 verifikatif hypotheses tested in this study have CR value above 1.96 or P value smaller than 0.05, then all hypotheses tested reject Ho and receive H1. In other words, job satisfaction has an effect to improve employee performance as long as the independent variable can be improved by the management of Education and Training Center of Sea Sciences (BP2IP) Malahayati Aceh. The intervening variable that is discipline and organizational commitment has no influence to increase the dependent variable with other words meaning that the improvement of employee performance will be better done by increasing job satisfaction directly without including the variable of work discipline and organizational commitment

Abstract

Indonesia adalah negara kepulauan yang terdiri dari 34 provinsi. Salah satunya adalah Provinsi Aceh yang secara geografis terletak di ujung pulau Sumatra, memiliki dan menawarkan potensi wisata yang menarik bagi wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara. Provinsi Aceh telah mengembangkan potensi wisata halal yang diharapkan menjadi brand wisata yang unik dan sebagai bentuk kepedulian pemerintah dalam mengelola industri pariwisata. Data pada tahun 2017 menunjukkan peningkatan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan menjadi 2,9 juta wisatawan dari tahun 2016, terdiri dari 2,8 juta wisatawan domestik dan 78 ribu wisatawan internasional. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada studi untuk meningkatan kinerja bisnis para pengusaha di industri pariwisata Aceh dengan memanfaatkan keunggulan kompetitif dengan variabel-variabel pemicu termasuk keterampilan kewirausahaan (ES), manajemen pengetahuan (KM), dan gaya kepemimpinan (LS). Lokasi penelitian ini adalah daerah tujuan wisata di empat kabupaten / kota, Simeulue, Aceh Besar, Banda Aceh dan Sabang.Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengusaha pariwisata di empat kabupaten / kota. Responden penelitian ini adalah pemilik dan pengelola perusahaan pariwisata ini sebanyak 400 responden dari 300 pengusaha pariwisata. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode CFA (Confirmatory Factor Analysis), SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan AMOS serta SPSS untuk analisis deskriptif.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja bisnis usaha pariwisata Aceh secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh keterampilan kewirausahaan (ES), manajemen pengetahuan (KM), dan gaya kepemimpinan (LS). Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja bisnis pengusaha pariwisata Aceh dapat dilakukan dengan mengikuti berbagai pelatihan yang ada agar berbagai informasi dan ide pengembangan yang baru dapat diperoleh serta perlu adanya transparansi dalam pengelolaan keuangan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk penelitian selanjutnya agar terus dikembangkan penelitian yang terkait dengan tiga variabel di atas dengan lebih mendalam baik secara kualitatif maupun kuantitatif empiris agar dapat mendukung pengembangan industri pariwisata halal di Aceh.
