Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis apakah terdapat perbedaan persepsi antara stakeholders internal dengan stakeholders eksternal terhadap kompetensi siswa peserta praktik kerja industri Program Keahlian Akuntansi SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitaif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru produktif Program Keahlian Akuntansi SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta dan pembimbing dari dunia kerja mitra praktik kerja industri Program Keahlian Akuntansi SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta di wilayah Kota Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penggunaan kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Uji validitas menggunakan Pearson Correlation Product Moment dan uji reabilitas menggunakan metode Cronbach Alpha. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis uji ststistik Independent Sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Ada perbedaan persepsi stakeholders (internal dan eksternal) terhadap kompetensi profesional siswa peserta praktik kerja industri Program keahlian Akuntansi SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta dengan nilai probabilitas (sig) 0,001<0,05,      (2) Ada perbedaan persepsi stakeholders (internal dan eksternal) terhadap kompetensi kepribadian siswa peserta praktik kerja industri Program Keahlian Akuntansi SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta dengan nilai probabilitas (sig) 0,025<0,05,( 3) Ada perbedaan persepsi stakeholders (internal dan eksternal) terhadap kompetensi sosial siswa peserta praktik kerja industri Program Keahlian Akuntansi SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta dengan nilai probabilitas (sig) 0,008<0,05. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa ?terdapat perbedaan persepsi yang signikan antara stakeholders internal dengan stakeholders eksternal terhadap kompetensi siswa peserta praktik kerja industri Program Keahlian Akuntansi SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta?. Perbedaan ini disebabkan karena perbedaan peran dan tanggung jawab masing-masing stakeholders serta intensitas monitoring yang berbeda antara stakeholders internal dengan stakeholders eksternal.   Kata kunci: Persepsi Stakeholders, Kompetensi Profesional, Kompetensi Kepribadian, Kompetensi Sosial, Praktik Kerja Industri. ABSTRACT This research aims to review and analize whether there are differences in perception between internal stakeholders with external stakeholders on the competence of Accounting Skills Program of participant students in the apprenticeship SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta. The type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this research were all productive teachers of Accounting Skills Program SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta and instructors in the apprenticeship partners of Accounting Skills Program SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta at Surakarta area. Sampling method uses sample of population. Collecting data method uses questionnaire, documentation, and interview. This study uses the validity tests by using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation, reliability test by Cronbach Alpha method, and hypothesis test using independent sample t-test. The results are: (1) The existence of differences on the perception of stakeholders (internal and external) to the professional competence of industrial work practice student participants expertise Accounting Program SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta with a probability value (sig) 0.001<0.05,(2) The difference in the perception of stakeholders (internal and external) to the personal competence of industrial work practice participant students of Accounting Skills Program SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta with a probability value (sig) 0.025<0.05, (3) The differences in the perception of stakeholders (internal and external) to the social competence of industrial work practice participant students of Accounting Skills Program SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta with a probability value (sig) 0.008<0.05. The conclusion that ?there is a significant difference on the perception between internal stakeholders with external stakeholders on the competence of Accounting Skills Program of participant students in the apprenticeship SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta". This difference is due to differences in the roles and responsibilities of each stakeholders as well as of monitoring intensities between internal stakeholders with external stakeholders.   Keywords: Perception of Stakeholders, Professional Competence, Personality Competence, Social Competence, Apprenticeship.
