<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling analisis transaksional dengan teknik bermain peran untuk meningkatkan afiliasi siswa Kelas X AP1 Smk Negeri 1 Seririt. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian para-eksperimental dengan rancangan penelitian One Group pretest-posttest design. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi dari penelitian ini berjumlah 38 orang dengan jumlah sampel 8 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner afiliasi. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan statistik t-tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa konseling analisis transaksional dengan teknik bermain peran berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan afiliasi. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari analis t-test yang menunjukan nilai thitung>ttabel (11,452>2,365) N=8 dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Melalui penelitian ini, diharapkan guru Bimbingan Konseling dapat memanfaatkan konseling analisis transaksional dengan teknik bermain peran terutama untuk meningkatkan afiliasi. This research is the research-experimental research designs with One Group pretest ? posttest design. The sampling technique using a purposive sampling technique.
