Abstract

Abstrak: Berdasarkan hasil observasi di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Pontianak, masalah yang diidentifikasi adalah (1) pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang dilaksanakan masih mengandalkan buku paket dan lembar kerja pebelajar (LKS) sebagai bahan ajar; (2) strategi yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab masih berpusat pada guru; (3) belum tersedianya produk multimedia pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang dapat digunakan oleh pebelajar secara mandiri, khususnya untuk melatih kecakapan istima?. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan produk. Langkah-langkah penelitian yang dilakukan adalah (1) studi pendahuluan; (2) analisis kebutuhan pebelajar; (3) merumuskan desain pesan dan komponen umum pembelajaran; (4) menyusun skenario pembelajaran; (5) desain dan pembuatan produk; (6) validasi ahli; (7) uji coba satu-satu terhadap 2 pebelajar; (8) uji coba kelompok kecil terhadap 6 pebelajar; (9) uji coba kelompok besar terhadap 12 pebelajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan multimedia yang menayangkan teknik drill untuk kecakapan istima? dapat digunakan dengan mudah dan menyenangkan oleh pebelajar serta dapat digunakan secara mandiri. Kegiatan belajar dengan menggunakan multimedia ini juga dapat membantu pebelajar menguasai kecakapan istima? secara tuntas karena dapat dilakukan latihan berulang-ulang. Kata Kunci: Teknik Drill, Kecakapan Istima?, Multimedia Interaktif.  Abstract: Based on the observation in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Pontianak, the problems identified are (1) Instructional Arabic implemented still relies on textbooks and student worksheet (LKS) as teaching materials; (2) The strategies used in instructional Arabic is still teacher-centered; (3) The unavailability of instructional Arabic multimedia products that can be used independently by the learners, especially to train their listening skill. Therefore, this study is the development of a product. The steps of the research is (1) a preliminary study; (2) needs analysis of learners; (3) formulating the message design and common components of instruction; (4) develop instruction scenarios; (5) Design and develop of products; (6) validation of expert; (7) one to one trial against 2 learners; (8) small group trail against 6 learners; (9) large group trial against 12 learners. The results revealed that the development of multimedia showing drill technique for listening skills can be used with ease and fun by learners and it can be used independently. Besides, using multimedia in learning activities can also help learners master the listening skills thoroughly because it can be done the exercises repeatedly.
