<![CDATA[This research aimed at knowing and analyzed: 1) the influence on the performance, emotional intelligence. 2) The influence of motivation of her class, on teacher performance. 3) The influence of emotional intelligence and motivation on the performance of her class the teacher YPPL in Bandar Lampung. This research is research with the approach of ex post facto with the technique of correlational. Data is collected by using questionnaire and then analyzed used technique regression analysis simple and multiple regressions. The result showed that: 1) there’s significant and positive influence on the performance between teachers of emotional intelligence 28.2%. 2) There are positive influence and significant achievement between teacher motivations on the performance of 30.1%. 3) There is a positive influence between intelligence and significant achievement emotional motivation and teacher on the performance of 32%.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: 1) pengaruh pada kinerja, kecerdasan emosional. 2) Pengaruh motivasi kelasnya, kinerja guru. 3) Pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi terhadap kinerja kelasnya yang YPPL guru di Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan ex post facto dengan teknik korelasional. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja antara guru kecerdasan emosional 28,2%. 2) Ada pengaruh positif dan prestasi yang signifikan antara motivasi guru terhadap kinerja 30.1%. 3) Ada pengaruh positif antara kecerdasan dan prestasi yang signifikan motivasi emosional dan guru terhadap kinerja 32%.Kata kunci: kecerdasan emokisional, kinerja guru, motivasi berprestasi]]>
