The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the school leadership, school climate and teacher performance to the quality of education either partially or simultaneously. This study was a quantitative descriptive research with the sample was 93 teachers. Data were collected using questionnaire. Analysis of data used path analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicated that school leadership directly affects the quality of education. School climate directly affects the quality of education. Teacher performance directly affects the quality of education. School leadership, school climate and teacher performance together significantly influence the quality of education. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim sekolah dan kinerja guru terhadap mutu pendidikan, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, penelitian sampel 93 guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh langsung terhadap mutu pendidikan. Iklim sekolah berpengaruh langsung terhadap mutu pendidikan. Kinerja guru berpengaruh langsung terhadap mutu pendidikan. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim sekolah dan kinerja guru secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap mutu pendidikan. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan, iklim, kinerja, mutu
