<![CDATA[Abstrak: Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah, hasil belajar IPS materi Teknologi Produksi, Komunikasi, dan Transportasi pada siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 06 Matan Hilir Utara, termasuk dalam kategori rendah. Dari jumlah 12 siswa, yang memenuhi KKM hanya 3 siswa atau sebesar 25%. Hal ini dimungkinkan karena guru belum mengelola pembelajaran dengan model yang lebih terarah. Di samping itu, pendayagunaan media dan penggunaan metode belum bervariasi. Berdasarkan kecenderungan tersebut, peneliti mengadakan inovasi pembelajaran IPS materi Teknologi Produksi, Komunikasi, dan Transportasi melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw pada siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 06 Matan Hilir Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan performansi guru, aktivitas belajar siswa, dan hasil belajar.
