REMEDIASI KESALAHAN SISWA MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE NHT PADA MATERI ENERGI DI SMP

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas remediasi melalui pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT) berbantuan LKS menurunkan persentase kesalahan siswa pada materi energi di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Pontianak. Penelitian ini berbentuk Pre-Experimental rancangan One Group Pretest-Postest Design yang melibatkan 30 siswa sebagai sampel penelitian yang dipilih menggunakan teknik intact group. Rata-rata persentase kesalahan siswa secara keseluruhan pada pre-test sebelum remediasi sebesar 83,96% dan rata-rata persentase kesalahan siswa secara keseluruhan pada pos-test sesudah remediasi sebesar 18,33%. Penurunan persentase kesalahan siswa secara keseluruhan dalam menyelesaikan soal esai pada materi energi sebesar 65,63%. Berdasarkan harga proporsi penurunan persentase kesalahan siswa diperoleh efektivitas sebesar 0,78 (tinggi). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif bagi guru dalam meremediasi  kesalahan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal. Kata Kunci : Remediasi, Kesalahan Siswa, NHT, Energi Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness remediation through cooperative learning type Numbered Heads Together (NHT) aided LKS to reduce error percentage of students in energy in class VIII SMP Negeri 4 Pontianak. This research formed as Pre-Experimental design One group pretest-posttest design involving 30 students as the study sample were selected using intact group. The average percentage of students overall error on the pre-test before remediation amounted to 83.96% and the average percentage of students overall error on the post-test after remediation amounted to 18.33%. Reduction in the overall percentage of students errors in completing essay questions on energy by 65.63%. Based on the proportion of the price decline in the percentage of students obtained the effectiveness of error was 0.78 (high).
