PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA TK TERHADAP DISIPLIN KINERJA GURU TAMAN KANAK-KANAK

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala TK terhadap disiplin kinerja guru. Metode dalam penelitian ini metode deskriptif. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan metode rata-rata (%), regresi linear sederhana, dan regresi liniear berganda. Analisis data menunjukkan r hitung > r tabel (5,562>2,042), yang berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan Kepala TK terhadap disiplin kinerja guru. Kesimpulannya gaya kepemimpinan Kepala TK yang umum diterapkan adalah gaya kepemimpinan demokratis terdapat 3 TK, gaya kepemimpinan laizes-faire terdapat 1 TK,serta gaya kepemimpinan otokratis 1 TK  dan disiplin kinerja guru. Kepala TK dapat mempertahankan gaya kepemimpinan yang sudah ada agar disiplin kinerja guru menjadi lebih baik,  Kepala TK dapat memperhatikan penggunaan gaya kepemimpinan sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi pekerjaan pada saat itu. Jika dengan gaya kepemimpinan yang sudah diterapkan oleh Kepala TK ternyata tidak dapat meningkatkan disiplin kinerja guru, maka kepala TK dapat mengganti dengan gaya kepemimpinan lain. Kata Kunci  : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kinerja Abstract: Target of this research leadership style influence mendeskripsikan lead TK to teacher performance discipline. Method in this research descriptive method. Technique analyse this research data descriptive analysis with mean method (%), simple linear regression, and doubled liniear regresi. Data analysis show r > r of[is tables of (5,562>2,042), meaning there are signifikan influence leadership style Lead TK to teacher performance discipline. Its conclusion leadership style Lead TK which is to be applied democratic leadership style there are 3 TK, style leadership laizes-faire there are 1 autocratic TK, leadership style 1 TK and teacher performance discipline. Lead TK can maintain leadership style which have there  teacher performance discipline become betterly, Head TK can pay attention usage leadership style as according to work condition and situation at that moment. If with leadership style which have been applied by Head TK in the reality cannot improve teacher performance discipline, hence TK head can change with other leadership style.
