PENGARUH KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MATA PELAJARAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN DI SMA

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X IPS Pada Mata Pelajaran kewirausahaan di SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Ambawang”. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskripstif. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi hubungan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas X yang berjumlah 115 siswa. Sampel berjumlah 48 siswa. Tehnik yang diguanakn adalah tehnik komunikasi langsung, tehnik komunikasi tidak langsung dan tehnik studi dokumenter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh sebesar 25,6% antara variabel bebeas (X) terhadap variabel terikat (Y). persamaan Y=33,784+0,393X. koefisien korelasi yang dinyatakan dalam R=0,506. Koefisien Determinasi ( R2)= 0,256 atau 25,6%. nilai thitung > ttabel, karena nilai thitung > ttabel, 3,983 > 2,013, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima atau terdapat pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X IPS pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan di SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Ambawang sebesar 25,6% dan sisanya 74,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. The method used is a method deskripstif. Form of research is the study of relationships. Population in this research is all class X totaling 115 students. Samples numbered 48 students. Diguanakn technique is the technique of direct communication, indirect communication techniques and techniques of documentary studies. The results showed there is an influence of 25.6% between bebeas variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y). equation Y = 33.784 + 0,393X. correlation coefficients are expressed in R = 0.506. The coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.256 or 25.6%. tcount > ttable, because tcount > ttable, 3,983 > 2,013, then Ho is rejected and Ha is received or there are significant pedagogical competence of teachers to the learning outcomes of students of class X IPS on entrepreneurship subjects in SMAN 1 Sungai Ambawang by 25.6% and the remaining 74.4% is influenced by other variables.
