<![CDATA[Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan teknik dasar sepak bola di kelas XI Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Mempawah Hilir. Metode penelitian adalah metode deskriftif dengan bentuk penelitian survei. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Mempawah Hilir yang berjumlah 175 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Total Sampling yaitu semua anggota populasi mendapatkan kesemapatan yang sama untuk menjadi sampel. Dengan demikian penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh siswa kelas siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Mempawah Hilir yang berjumlah 175 siswa. Hasil penelitia teknik dasar sepak bola siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Mempawah Hilir yang terdiri dari 175 sampel maka untuk hasil yang didapatkan adalah nilai untuk passing hasil rata-rata 61.23 dengan katogori cukup 53.14% dan frekuensi 93 siswa. Nilai dribbling rata-rata 63.13 dengan katagori baik adalah 60.00% dan frekuensi 105 siswa. Nilai shooting rata-rata 50.50. dengan katagori cukup adalah 91.43% dan frekuensi 160 siswa. Nilai kemampuan sepak bola, hasil rata-rata 58.28 dengan kategori cukup adalah 61.71% dan frekuensi 108 siswa.  Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Teknik Dasar Sepak Bola, tendangan pinalti ,Sepak bola Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of the basic techniques of soccer in class XI State Senior High School 1 Mempawah Downstream The research method is descriptive method with a form of survey research. The study population was all students of class XI SMAN 1 Mempawah Downstream, amounting to 175 students. Total sampling using sampling that all members of the population have the same opportunity to be sampled. Thus this study used whole class of students of class XI student of SMAN 1 Mempawah Downstream, amountingto 175 students Results empirically basic techniques of football class XI SMAN 1 Mempawah Downstream consisting of 175 samples then for results obtained are passing values ​​to an average yield of 61.23 in the category fairly 53.14% and frequency of 93 students.
