HUBUNGAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR EKONOMI SISWA KELAS X

Abstract

This study used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, this study population was amounted to 110 people, the study sample was 41 students. Data collection techniques used are direct observation techniques, direct communication, indirect communication, and documentary studies. Tools used for data collection was interview guide, questionnaires and documentation. Research results are positive and significant relationship between teacher competence with the learning outcomes, the value of the correlation coefficient of 0.814 means to have a high relationship interpretation; there is a positive and significant relationship between students' motivation to learning outcomes, the correlation coefficient 0.487 means to have a fairly close relationship interpretation; and there is a positive and significant relationship between the professional competence of teachers and students' motivation to learning outcomes, simultaneous correlation coefficient 0.871, meaning that the value of the regression coefficient test simultaneously have a high correlation. Keyword: Professional competenceof teachers Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 110 orang, sampel penelitiannya adalah 41 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi langsung, komunikasi langsung, komunikasi tidak langsung, dan studi dokumenter.Alat untuk pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pedoman interview, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitiannya terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi guru dengan hasil belajar, nilai koefisien korelasi 0,814 artinya memiliki hubungan interpretasi yang tinggi; terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara motivasi belajar siswa dengan hasil belajar, nilai koefisien korelasi 0,487 artinya memiliki hubungan interpretasi yang cukup erat; dan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi profesional guru dan motivasi belajar siswa dengan hasil belajar, nilai koefisien korelasi simultan 0,871, artinya nilai uji koefisien regresi secara simultan memiliki hubungan yang tinggi.
