Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan pengembangan diri dengan kinerja dosen di perguruan tinggi keperawatan se kota Pontianak, baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama sama. Penelitian ini berbentuk kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif menggunakan rancangan studi korelasional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Sekolah Tinggi Keperawatan se Kota Pontianak, dengan responden sebanyak 50 orang. Hasil analisis korelasional parsial disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja (X1) dan kinerja dosen (Y), dengan koefisien korelasi 0,935. Kontribusi murni antara keduanya sebesar 0,993. (2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengembangan diri (X2) dan kinerja dosen (Y), dengan koefisien korelasi 0,297. Kontribusi murni antara keduanya sebesar 0,947. (3) Motivasi kerja dan pengembangan diri secara bersama-sama memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen, dengan koefisien korelasi R = 0.993 serta koefisien determinasi R2 = 0,987. maka disarankan kepada dosen untuk lebih meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan pengembangan Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Pengembangan Diri, Kinerja Dosen Abstract: This study aims to determine whether there is a significant relationship between motivation and self-development with the performance of lecturers at school of nursing in Pontianak City, either partially or together .This research was done by quantitative descriptive method using correlational study design . The research was conducted at the College of Nursing in Pontianak , the respondents were 50 people .Results of partial correlation analysis concluded that ( 1 ) there is a significant relationship between motivation are recognized when due ( X1 ) and Performance Lecturer ( Y ) , correlation coefficient of 0.935 . Contributions Pure between both is 0993 . ( 2 ) That there is a significant relationship between Self development ( X2 ) And performance Lecturer ( Y ) , correlation coefficient of 0.297 . Contributions Pure between both is 0947 . ( 3 ) there is a significant relationship between Motivation and self development with Performance  Lecturer , correlation coefficient R = 0.993. and the coefficient of determination R2 = 0.987 ., it is suggested that the lecturer to further enhance work motivation and self development Keywords: work motivation, personal development and performance
