Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan diagram terhadap kemampuan siswa dalam penyelesaian soal cerita materi pecahan kelas VII SMP Negeri 6 Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pra-eksperimental dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 29 siswa. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh skor rata- rata pretest siswa sebesar 9,5 sedangkan skor rata-rata posttest siswa sebesar 12,2. Dari hasil perhitungan uji t, diperoleh thitung ttabel atau 13,83 > 11,3 maka terdapat perbedaan kemampuan siswa sebelum dan setelah perlakuan. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh hasil bahwa pembelajaran Pemanfaatan Diagram memberikan peningkatan skor terbesar pada siswa tingkat kemampuan bawah. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran Pemanfaatan Diagram berpengaruh Dalam Penyelesaian Soal Cerita Materi Pecahan Kelas VII SMP Negeri 6 Pontianak. Kata Kunci : Pemanfaatan Diagram, soal cerita, pecahan Abstract: This research aims to know the influence of utilization diagram against the students ' ability in solving problems such as story material fractions grade VII SMP Negeri 6 Pontianak. The research method used was pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest. A sample of these studies amounted to 29 students. Based on these data it can be concluded that the Utilization Diagram learning effect in the resolution of a question of Story Material fractions class VII SMP Negeri 6 Pontianak.
