ANALISIS KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU PAUD DI KECAMATAN SERASAN KABUPATEN NATUNA

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kompetensi profesional guru PAUD di Kecamatan Serasan Kabupaten Natuna. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah deskriptif kuantitatif persentase dan uji t. Jumlah guru PAUD yang digunakan sebanyak 38 guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesional guru PAUD dalam menguasai materi pembelajaran anak usia dini tergolong baik dengan persentase mencapai 85,53%. Penguasaan guru terhadap standar kompetensi dan kompetensi dasar mata pelajaran anak usia dini tergolong cukup dengan persentase mencapai 75,22%. Pengembangan materi pembelajaran anak usia dini secara kreatif tergolong baik dengan persentase mencapai 83,55%. Pengembangan keprofesionalan dengan melakukan tindakan reflektif dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini tergolong cukup dengan persentase mencapai 73,77%. Kompetensi guru PAUD dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk berkomunikasi dan mengembangkan diri tergolong cukup dengan persentase mencapai 71,27%. Berdasarkan latar belakang pendidikan, guru PAUD yang berpendidikan S1 memiliki kompetensi profesional yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan guru yang berpendidikan SMA dan Diploma. Berdasarkan uji t diketahui terdapat perbedaan kompetensi profesional guru PAUD di Kecamatan Serasan Kabupaten Natuna. Kata kunci: Kompetensi Profesional, Guru PAUD   Abstract: This research aims to knows early childhood education teacher professional competence in Serasan Subdistrict of Natuna Regency. The method used to analyzed the data is descriptive quantitative percentage and t test. The subjects is early childhood education teacher to 38 teachers. Result of research indicate that early childhood education teacher professional competence in mastering study items of early childhood is good with percentage achieve 85,53 percent. Domination early childhood education to competence standard and basic competence subject of early childhood is enough with percentage achieve 75,22 percent. Development of study items creatively of early childhood is good with percentage achieve 83,55 percent. Teacher professional competence in developing professionality by conducting reflective action is enough with percentage achieve 73,77 percent. Teacher professional competence in exploiting information technology to communicate and self development is good with percentage achieve 71,27 percent. Building on education background, early childhood education teacher which have education is scholar have professional competence a high level of comparison with teacher which have education is senior high school and diploma.
