<![CDATA[Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak II siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari 2 kali pertemuan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah kemampuan guru dalam merancang pembelajaran pada siklus I pertemuan ke-1 total skornya 20,13 dan rata-ratanya 2,88. Pertemuan ke-2 total skor meningkat menjadi 23,08 dan rata-ratanya 3,30. Pada siklus II pertemuan ke-1 total skor 23,91 dan rata-ratanya 3,41. Pertemuan ke-2 total skornya mengalami peningkatan menjadi 26,3 dan rata-ratanya 3,76. Kemampuan guru melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan  menggunakan kartu kata pada siklus I pertemuan ke-1 sebesar 75%, pertemuan ke-2 sebesar 85%. Pada siklus II pertemuan ke-1 sebesar 90%, pertemuan ke-2  meningkat menjadi 100%. Kemampuan siswa membaca lancar pada siklus I pertemuan ke-1 total skornya 156 dengan rata-rata 6,5. Pada pertemuan ke-2 total skornya menjadi 160 dengan rata-ratanya 6,66. Pada siklus II pertemuan ke-1 total skornya 167 dengan rata-rata 6,95 dan pada pertemuan ke-2 meningkat total skornya menjadi 188 dengan rata-rata 7,83. The results obtained are the ability of teachers in designing learning in the first cycle of the 1st meeting of the total score is 20.13 and the average is 2.88.
