<![CDATA[Abstrak: Masalah penelitian bagaimana pengaruh latihan naik turun bangkuterhadap hasil lompat jauh siswa SMKN 1 Rasau Jaya. Tujuan penelitianmengetahui pengaruh latihan naik turun bangku terhadap hasil lompat jauh siswaSMKN 1 Rasau Jaya. Metode penelitian adalah metode eksperimen denganbentuk pre-experimental design. Populasi seluruh siswa ekstarkurikuler atletik diSMKN 1 Rasau Jaya berjumlah 15 orang dengan tekniks sampling jenuh yaitumengambil suluruh populasi yang berjumlah 15 orang. Analisis datamenggunakan analisis uji-t. Hasil penelitian didapat nilai thitung 10,891 > ttabel2,145 artinya hipotesis diterima terdapat pengaruh latihan naik turun bangkuterhadap kemampuan lompat jauh siswa SMKN 1 Rasau Jaya. Hasil lompatansiswa yaitu meningkat sebesar 0,33 (rata-rata pretest 3,75 dan rata-rata posttest4,08) dengan persentase peningkatan sebesar 8,68%.Kata Kunci: Latihan Naik Turun Bangku, Lompat Jauh.Abstract: The research problem of how the effects of exercise going up and downthe bench against the results of the long jump students SMKN 1 Rasau Jaya. Thepurpose of the study determine the effect of exercise going up and down the benchagainst the results of the long jump students SMKN 1 Rasau Jaya. The researchmethod is experimental method to form a pre-experimental design. The entirestudent population at SMKN 1 ekstarkurikuler athletic Rasau Jaya amounted to 15people with a saturation sampling technique that takes total population of 15people. Data were analyzed using t-test analysis. Research results obtained t-test10,891 > 2,145 t-table means the hypothesis is accepted there is the influence ofexercise going up and down the bench against the long jump ability studentsSMKN 1 Rasau Jaya.
