PENDEKATAN BERMAIN TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN HASIL BELAJAR TOLAK PELURU GAYA ORTODOK DI SMP

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan bermain terhadap kemampuan hasil belajar tolak peluru gaya ortodok siswa kelas VII C SMPN 1 Samalantan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Bentuk desain eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah one group pretest posttest design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII C sebanyak 41 siswa. Dari hasil tes tolak peluru diketahui thitung> ttabel (42,68 >1,684) dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis diterima, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh. Terjadi perubahan peningkatan pada tes tolak peluru gaya ortodok sebesar 56%. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada pendekatan bermain terhadap kemampuan hasil belajar tolak peluru gaya ortodok. Hal ini berdasarkan dari hasil tes tolak peluru setelah diberi perlakuan (treatment), dimana mean posttest lebih besar dari mean pretest (44,68 > 28,60), hal ini berarti bahwa hasil belajar tolak peluru pada siswa kelas VII C SMPN 1 Samalantan mengalami peningkatan. Kata kunci: Pendekatan bermain, tolak peluru gaya ortodok.  Abstact : The purpose this study was to determine the effect on theability to play the approach sho put learning outcomes orthodox style class VII C SMPN 1 Samalantan. The method used in this is experimental. Shape design of experiments with the study design used was on group pretes posttest design. The samples in this study ware all students of class VII C as many as 41 students. From the test resuls are known tcount shot put> t table (42.68> 1.684) it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, which means there is an influence. There were changes in the increase in shot-put style orthodox tests by 56%. The result of data analysis showed a significant difference in approach play to the ability of learning outcomes shot put orthodox style. It is based on the resuls of the test shot put after a given treatment (treatmrnt), where the mean is greater than the mean posttest pretest (44.68> 28.60), this means that the learning outcomes shot put at class VII C SMPN 1 Samalantan experence improvement.
